Chapter I - Spanish Popular Rice Recipes

(1) Spanish Rice with Sausages

Total Prep Time: 40 minutes
Yield: 2 to 3 servings
List of Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Pork sausages
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 Cabbage (shredded)
- 2 Carrots (shredded)
- 2 cups White rice (boiled)
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 cups Green peas
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Put oil into a pan.
2. Mix pork sausages with eggs and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Add carrots, cabbage, white rice, soy sauce, onions, peas with salt and pepper.
4. Cook for another 20 minutes.
5. When ready, serve and enjoy the meal!
(2) Green Pepper Mix Rice
The baked green pepper filled with rice is a delicious combination, so do not skip on this one!
Total Prep Time: 45 minutes
Yield: 2 to 3 servings
List of Ingredients:
- 1 cup Brown rice
- 3 Green bell peppers (large)
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Vegetarian sauce
- 2 cups Cheese (shredded)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 2 cups Tomato sauce

Instructions:
1. Heat up the oven to 350 F and now prepare the mixture. Make sure to boil the brown rice and dry it up. Now mix soy sauce, vegetarian sauce and brown sugar into a bowl.
2. Mix these well and while mixing add the tofu in it. Add salt and pepper according to taste. Add the rice to the mixture. When done with the mixture, cut the green bell pepper in half and fill the mixture in it.
3. Before placing it on the baking sheet, pour the tomato sauce on it. Now place it on the baking sheet and sprinkle the cheese on it.
4. Let it bake for about 20 minutes and serve when ready!
(3) Spanish rice mix with Lemon
Rice is considered as a full meal for Spanish people so why dont you try it today.

- 2 Chicken breast (boneless)
- 1 Lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 pinch Oregano
- 2 cups White rice
- A bunch of Parsley

Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and then add the lemon to it so that the entire chicken absorbs it. Now, heat the pan with oil and then cook the oregano in it.
2. When it cooks, add salt and pepper according to taste and then dress it with parsley at the end to eat!

- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 lbs. Chicken breast
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- teaspoons Vinegar
- 2 cups Chicken stock
- 2 cups White rice
- A bunch of Fresh thyme

Instructions:
1. Oil the pan and heat it up. Now, add salt and pepper to the chicken and then put it in the pan to cook.
2. Now, on the other hand, cook onion, chicken stock, white rice and fresh thyme by adding vinegar.
3. Mix it well and then when the mixture is ready, add it to the chicken breast. Serve when ready!
(6) Garlic Spanish Mix
