If you are lookingfor some hearty soups for the first course or even the entire meal, you shouldfind some great selections inside. beef, boneless, 1tablespoon butter 1onion, chopped 3garlic cloves, minced 6ounces tomatoes, chopped 6ounces tomatoes juice 5cups water 1cup white beans, boiled teaspoon salt teaspoon black pepper 1teaspoon mustard 1teaspoon dill 1teaspoon red chili pepper 2teaspoons lemon juice Directions : Meltbutter in a pan, add onion and garlic, saut for 3minutes. beef, boneless, 1tablespoon butter 1onion, chopped 3garlic cloves, minced 6ounces tomatoes, chopped 6ounces tomatoes juice 5cups water 1cup white beans, boiled teaspoon salt teaspoon black pepper 1teaspoon mustard 1teaspoon dill 1teaspoon red chili pepper 2teaspoons lemon juice Directions : Meltbutter in a pan, add onion and garlic, saut for 3minutes.

Now add beef and fry for 10 minutes, stir in beans, tomatoes juice,water, chopped tomatoes and bring it to boil. Coverand cook for 30 minutes over medium heat. Then add mustard, lemon juice, redchili pepper, salt and pepper, mix well and cook again for 5 minutes. Garnishwith dill before serving.

Asian Beef & Noodles Soup
Ingredients: 1lb. beef, boneless , minced 3ounces noodles, any flavored, boiled 3cups mixed vegetables, frozen teaspoon ginger, minced 1scallions, chopped 1onion, chopped 1tablespoon garlic, minced 1teaspoon soy sauce 1teaspoon salt cup parmesan cheese Directions: Inlarge saucepan, add beef and cook for 10 minutes until fat dries.

Nowin another saucepan add onion, garlic and saut for few minutes over low heat.Then add water, mix vegetables, beef broth, soy sauce, ginger and salt, mix itwell and cook for 1 hour over medium heat. Lastlyadd noodles and scallions, bring to boil. Remove from heat. Take out soup in a bowl and garnishwith cheese.

Asian Beef Soup
Ingredients : 8 ounces beef,boneless, striped 1 tablespoon soysauce 4 cups beef broth 2 teaspoonsginger, minced 1 cup carrots,chopped cup cabbage,chopped 6 ouncesmushrooms, boiled and sliced teaspoon sesameoil 2 cups blackbeans, boiled cup corianderleaves, chopped 3 scallions,chopped Directions: Bring the broth toboil in a pan, add beef, soy sauce, ginger and cook for 20 minutes over mediumheat. Then add mushrooms, carrots, cabbage and cook for 10 minutes.

Stir in sesameoil, scallions and black beans and cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish with thecoriander beforeserving.

Beef & Bean Soup
Ingredients: lbs. beef,boneless, cut into strips 1cup carrots, chopped 3tablespoons oil 1onion, chopped 1tablespoon red chili powder 1teaspoon garlic, minced 2cups black beans, boiled 1cup water teaspoon salt 1teaspoon pepper 6cups beef broth 2teaspoons celery Directions: Heatoil in a pan saut onion and garlic, cook for 5 minutes until onions are softened. Stir in water, beans and beef and cook for 15minutes. Then add carrots, beef broth, red chili, salt and pepper.

Bringto boil and cook covered for 12 hours. Remove from heat. Pour the soup in thebowl. Garnishwith celery before serving.

Beef & Black Bean Soup
Ingredients: 1cup black beans, boiled 1lb.beef, boneless, minced 2garlic cloves, minced teaspoon salt 1red bell pepper, cubes 1onion, chopped 3cups beef broth 1tablespoon chili pepper 2tablespoons celery, chopped 1/8teaspoon cayenne pepper teaspoon cumin seeds 1 tablespoons cornstarch, make a paste with 1 tablespoons water 2tablespoons oil Directions: Heatoil in a pan, add onion and garlic, saut for fewminutes. Stir in beef, beans, chili pepper, cumin seeds, cayenne and beefbroth.

Mix well and cook for 1 hour over medium heat. Nowadd red bell pepper and salt, reduce heat and bring toboil. Pour in cornstarch mixture andkeep stirring constantly until the soup is thickened.

Beef & Broccoli Soup
Ingredients: 1lb.beef, boneless, striped 4cups broccoli 1teaspoon garlic, minced 2tablespoons oil 1onion, chopped 2tablespoons soy sauce 1teaspoon ginger 5cups beef broth 1cup sour cram Directions: Inlarge saucepan add beef and cook well to dry fat. Heat oil in another pan, add onion and garlic, saut for few minutes. Stir inbroccoli, ginger, soy sauce, and beef broth, mix well and cook for 80 minutes.

Stirin sour cream and cook again for few minutes.

Beef & Cashew Soup
Ingredients: 1lb.beef, boneless, cubed 8-10cups beef broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons soy sauce
teaspoon ginger, chopped
teaspoon red pepper sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 green bell pepper, cubes
1 onion, chopped
1 cup chestnuts,
cup mushrooms, drained
1 cup dry-roasted cashews
2 scallions, chopped Directions: Heatoil in a pan, add onion, ginger, chestnuts and mushrooms, stir fry for 5minutes. Now add beef and saut for fewminute, add beef broth and cook for 80 minutes until beef is well cooked. Thenadd red pepper, green bell pepper, scallions, soy sauce, cashew and cornstarchmixture, mix well and cook for 5 minuteor until sauce thickens.
Beef & Coconut milk Soup
Ingredients : 1lb.beef, boneless, minced 1onion, chopped 2potatoes, cubed 1teaspoon ginger, minced 1teaspoon garlic, minced 5cups beef broth 48ounces coconut milk 1teaspoon curry powder teaspoon salt teaspoon pepper Directions: Heatbeef broth to boil in a nonstick pan, add onions, garlic, ginger, potatoes, beef and curry powder, cover it and cook for 25 minutes oruntil they are tender. Add in coconutmilk and cook again for 50 minutes.

Stir in salt and pepper, mix well and cookagain for few minutes. When it ispureed, take out soup in a bowl.

Beef & Lentil Soup
Ingredients: 1lb.beef, boneless, cubed 2tablespoons olive oil 1teaspoon salt 1teaspoon black pepper 2tablespoons celery, chopped 2carrots, chopped 1onion, chopped 1teaspoon thyme 1teaspoon oregano 2cups beef broth 28ounces tomatoes, chopped 2cups lentils cup parsley, chopped cup parmesan cheese, grated Directions: Heatoil in a pan, stir in beef and cook for 10 minutes until the beef color isBrowned. Now add in onion, carrots,celery, oregano and thyme, mix well until onion is softened. Thenadd tomatoes and beef broth and cook for 1 hour over medium heat. After thatstir in lentils, bring to boil and cook for 30 to 80 minutes until lentils issoftened.

Thenadd cheese, parsley into prepared soup and heat until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper whileserving.

Beef & Mushroom Soup
Ingredients: lb. beef, boneless, minced 2ounces butter 1teaspoon ginger, chopped 2tablespoons garlic, minced 14ounces wild mushrooms, trimmed teaspoon salt 1teaspoon thyme teaspoon paprika 2cups water teaspoon black pepper 2cups beef broth Directions: Meltbutter in pan, add ginger and garlic, saut for fewminutes. Add in mushrooms and stir fry for 5 minutes. Nowadd salt, pepper, beef broth and water and cook for 2 hours.

Pour into soupbowl. Sprinklethyme and paprika on top.
