Title: Cheese
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
For bread
- 3 eggs
- 1 and 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp yeast granule, live
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp xanthan
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup warm water
For toppings
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Put in a bowl, baking powder, coconut flour, garlic powder, xanthan and salt, mix together until well combined, set aside
- Put in another bowl, sugar, and water, mix together until sugar is dissolved
- Add yeast, set aside
- Put in the baking powder mixture, olive oil and yeast mixture, mix together until well combined
- Beat eggs and add, mix again
- Add 1/2 cup cheese and mix until well combined into a batter
- Put batter into bread pan
- Bake for 15 minutes, set aside
- Put in a bowl, garlic powder, butter and salt, mix until well combined
- Cover bread top with garlic powder mixture
- Sprinkle cheese and seasoning
- Bake for another 10 minutes
- Broil for another 3 minutes
- Let stand for 5 minutes
- Serve

Title: Paleo
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Put in a bowl, almond flour, coconut flour, chia seeds, salt and baking soda, mix until well combined, set aside
- Put in another bowl, eggs, vinegar and coconut oil, mix until well combined, set aside
- Put together almond flour mixture and egg mixture
- Pour into a loaf pan
- Bake for 40 minutes
- Let it stand for 10 minutes
- Serve
