CONTENTS
Foreword
Having sex and eating are basic human instincts, but instinct doesnt account for hollandaise sauce, lemon souffl, or an aubergine and dolcelatte sandwich; good sex like good food can also be learnt, and this is what The Food and Sex Book is all about. When a survey claimed that most American women prefer chocolate to sex, it was more an indictment of the sex than an endorsement of the chocolate. The Food and Sex Book helps with straightforward explicit instructions showing how to produce great food and great sex, with recipes and sexipes detailing ingredients and methods.
The aim is to encourage creative, imaginative and adventurous treatment of food and body resulting directly in well-being; interesting for old and young alike. Something for everyone.
There are 149 great recipes and when all the ideas in dice sex, oral sex techniques, orgasmic challenge, sixty nine, and orgasm on demand are added up, the 34 sexipes expand to 122 super sensuous suggestions; all organised in sections.
Recipes:

Not enough sexipes? With good explanations about the use of sex toys and pictures to show what they are, the 122 suggestions could occupy you for months without repetition! The trouble is there will be some youll want to try again and again they are so good!!
The language is necessarily direct and explicit, as are some images; you wouldnt expect a good recipe to be couched in vague euphemisms. These sexipes spell out exactly what to do, but like all recipes they can be adapted to taste once you appreciate the basic techniques. For ladies who are nervous of going along with men in pursuit of light bondage fantasies, reading in advance what is planned will take away some of the anxiety, but not the nervous anticipation! Also - apologies in advance to those thinking the word pussy is an insult to women. It isnt.
Introduction
Someone recently told me that good cooks are often also good at sex, and very creative at both.who am I to argue? Ive been writing down recipes as Ive prepared meals over the past few years, and had always planned to publish them, and when I was told about the food / sex combination I thought Id combine recipes with well proven sexipes, and this book is the result.
If youve got as far as picking up or electronically sampling The Food and Sex Book, then almost certainly youve got an interest in one or the other, if not both, and I hope youre as interested in the adult pastimes as the food. I also hope you can enjoy reading both subjects in the same pages. It may not be a book you want your mother to see, and in the bedroom you may want to hide it under the pillow to refer to, but it is a fun book, for young and old, male and female, and I hope you find it interesting, enjoyable and stimulating.
The sex part is written from an unashamedly male perspective, but hopefully female readers will share ideas with partners, while men will apply or develop the ideas they see here thoughtfully and caringly.
The sex part is for thoughtful lovers, which both partners will enjoy. Women might want to select their favourite sexipes for their partners to read through prior to sex or lovemaking. Men might want their partners to read through some of the light bondage sexipes in the Tied section to show them that it is not all about pain, sadism, and weirdness, and to help them understand what will be happening. By following the sexipes men will also be able to show they can do bondage in an erotic and loving way, not to mention using their fingers and tongues more effectively!
There are a few pictures here; some are explicit, all are indicative, and sometimes suggestive, not demonstrative or pornographic. The words of the sexipes spell out for themselves what ingredients are needed and what to do with them.
Im passionate about cooking food and having sex, and I suppose they are both really hobbies. I do enjoy switching off from the rat race, and I hope you find some useful tips to help you relax and make imaginative use of your spare time too.
I hope youre not put off the recipes by the sexipes, and that you enjoy both why not get used to the idea of cooking before settling down to something more erotic but equally creative, maybe with toys? After all, weve all at least looked at the windows of adult shops, and many of us have been inside. Millions of vibrators, dildos and other toys are purchased every year by men and women; here, I simply write about their use and hope you find it stimulating. For those of you that arent familiar with adult toys there are some pictures which will help. Dont worry, there is also plenty of activity that will make use of your natural attributes.
Most importantly, we shouldnt be embarrassed about having adult fun, and if the best ingredients and equipment are used for both food and sex, we can enjoy high quality results, time after time.
Food
Basics always there just in case.
Certain ingredients just need to be there in the cupboard. You never know when you might see a good free range chicken, rabbit, piece of venison or lamb, or a cod fillet, gurnard, mackerel or conger steak that you just cant resist; you dont want to buy it and then not be sure youve got the basics you will need to cook it properly.
Good olive oil extra virgin. Calvi, an Italian oil is sometimes available from delicatessens and Waitrose; See the on-line brochure (cataloghi) at http//www.oliocalvi.it . The brochure is in Italian and English and individual Web pages can be read in English if you click on the Union Jack. Those of us living away from big cities, like me in Cornwall, sometimes find it useful to buy over the Web. Sainsburys sometimes stock The River Caf brand which is also Italian. Morgenster, from South Africa, is also sometimes available at both Waitrose and Sainsburys as well as smaller delis, and is really peppery and fantastic. Dont be afraid to spend more than 15 on a good bottle of oil, or to use it liberally; the taste is fantastic, and well worth the expense.
