This cookbook is for anyone who doesn't have the time or the expensive equipment to cook in the traditional way. This is for Moms, Dads, Students, Busy bodies, Professionals, Fun people, Boring people, Everyday people, This CookBook is for you! The title was not meant to say that only men can cook these deliciously easy recipes. It just means that you can cook delicious meals that nobody would even guess you made in the microwave. I do hope you will give each and every one of these a try. I know you will enjoy these meals just as my family has for years. Ironically until now I doubt if they knew that some of their favorite meals were made only using the microwave and some creativity.

Some people just assume that the only food that is Gourmet is the same food that is Price-Say. As Always, Cook, Be Well and ENJOY! Super Bueno Cheese Microwave Quesadillas Time 10mins Ingredients 2 flour tortilla wraps white or wheat - photo 1 Time: 10mins

Ingredients
2 flour tortilla wraps (white or wheat) shredded cheese (Mexican blend) shredded lettuce, diced tomato, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole (optional)
Directions
  1. Lay one tortilla on a microwave-safe plate and sprinkle evenly with cheese and any other ingredients of your choice on top.
  2. Lay a second tortilla on top and place into the microwave for about 4550 seconds. Once the cheese is completely melted remove the quesadilla from the microwave,
  3. Cut into fourths, and enjoy!
TASTY PUMPKIN PIE OATMEAL Time: 10mins Ingredients: cup Whole Grain Oatmeal 1 cup water cup unsweetened almond milk(regular milk can substitute) cup pure pumpkin puree 1 packet sweetener 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tbsp walnuts (optional) Directions:
  1. Microwave water and oatmeal for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in Almond Milk to give it a creamy texture.
  3. Mix in pumpkin puree, sweetener, and stir it all up.
  4. Top oatmeal with cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and walnuts.
  5. ENJOY
Microwave Cooked Beef Stroganoff

Prep:15mins Cook time:15mins Ingredients: 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 10 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 tsp. paprika Preparation:
  1. Freeze steak 1 hour to make slicing easier.
  2. Cut steak into very thin slices across the grain.
  3. Combine steak, onion and garlic in a 2 quart microwave-safe casserole and Cover with lid
Cook:
  1. M icrowave on high 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, stirring once during cooking.
  2. In small bowl, stir together soup, sour cream and paprika with wire whisk or fork until smooth.
  3. Add to beef mixture, stir well.
  4. Cover casserole and microwave on 50% power for 3-4 minutes or until heated through,
  5. stirring once during cooking.

    Let stand 3 minutes before serving.

  6. Serve over noodles and ENJOY!
Fast Sweet and Sour Microwave Chicken Prep 20mins Cook11mins Ingredients 4 boneless skinless chicken - photo 3 Prep: 20mins Cook:11mins Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 8 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained, reserving juice 2 Tbsp. water 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. soy sauce 2 Tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Preparation:
Cut chicken into 1" pieces and combine with pineapple chunks in baking dish.
Combine pineapple juice, water, marmalade, cornstarch, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper in 2 cup microwave safe measuring cup and mix well to blend .
Cook: Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, or until mixture thickens, stirring once during cooking.
  1. Pour over chicken and pineapple in baking dish and Cover with microwave safe waxed paper (or paper towel)

Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes before serving.

  1. Place sauce, cheese, and pepperoni on top of pita bread.
  2. place pita bread on a microwave safe plate
  3. Microwave for 80 seconds.
  4. Cool, cut, and enjoy!
Spaghetti Topped with Parmesan Chees e Time 20 minutes Ingredients 1 lb lean ground beef 1 onion chopped 2 - photo 6 Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce 2 cups water 1 tsp. dried basil leaves 8 oz. spaghetti pasta, broken into pieces 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
  1. In a microwave safe saucepan, place beef and onions, crumbling beef to break into small pieces.
  2. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring once to break up meat. spaghetti pasta, broken into pieces 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    3. Add spaghetti sauce, water, basil and uncooked spaghetti. Mix gently to combine.
      Cover with lid and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
    4. take out and Stir the spaghetti well and Cover saucepan again and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes longer.
    5. Sprinkle with cheese, cover again and microwave on high for 7-8 minutes until spaghetti is tender. (taste it and see)
    6. Let stand 4 minutes before serving; don't skip this step (The food must stand so the heat distributes evenly)

Toss chicken in sauce to coat, and place onto a microwave safe plate. Cover with plastic wrap and cook in the microwave on High for 5 to 8 minutes, until chicken is cooked in the center and no longer pink. Microwave Pizz a (Oh Yeah its that easy) Time: 5mins Ingredients: bread slice of any kind Tomato Sauce shredded cheese Directions:
