My heart goes out to all of you who have experienced the loss of a beloved friend or family member. As an empath, a psychic medium, and one who has also lost a precious loved one, I hear what you are saying, I feel your grief, and I truly identify with all that youre going through.

After so many years of doing readings, the bottom line of most of the messages that come through is, Your deceased loved ones really are okay; they just want you to be okay, too. Theyre in a state of total bliss, surrounded by family, friends, and pets that have passed, and are still able to be with you as well, whenever they choose. One of the main purposes of my work with clients has always been to help heal the mind, body, and spirit of the living loved ones who come to my office after the trauma of losing those who were so dear to them.

Ive written this book to help you move on in life again. Even if you feel that you dont have the energy to take a step forward yourself yet, please attempt to do so for your deceased loved ones. They want you to enjoy life and not grieve for them. Within these pages, Ill share different methods that have been vital in helping me and so many of my clients to heal after experiencing a loss.

Id like to begin this book with significant words of wisdom from all that Ive learned during my many years of doing readings. My wish is that theyll comfort you and enable you to move forward with the understanding that your deceased loved ones really are okay and can still be with you whenever you need them. Life Continues

You may not see your loved ones, but they are able to see you.

You may not hear their precious voices, but they are speaking to you in your thoughts all the time.

You may long to know if they are okay, but theres no need to worry, because they are in a state of total bliss.
