A woman is an embodiment of love

She creates things out of nothing, a nurturer and an intelligent individual

She defends those whom she love with everything in her power

There is no comparison to her strength

A woman a wonder to the world

A woman is the most complicated but yet simple creature

She is a transformer and a sensitive creature.

A woman is a home, community, state and nation builder.

She is an instrument of peace.

A woman is an adaptor, an encourager, a blessing, a manufacturer and the magic of the wonder lies within her bosom

She is a builder - her eyes speaks a thousand words

Her heart is a well of secrets and knowledge

She is the link between power and destruction

Through her kings were made and through her they were brought down. The true wonders of a woman only her creator knows

To every woman reading this book; You are incredibly beautiful.

I count writing this book a privilege because every woman (those hurting and those living in fulfilment), needs to know that they dont have to wait to be celebrated by others before they can start seeing the special person they truly are. My mother used to say that when a person wakes up from his/her sleep (the light bulb moment) is his/her morning. It does not matter how long you have been asleep - and not knowing what to do and where to begin I am here to let you know that you can start from where you are right now. You can start to make those changes that you have always wanted to make.

The true test of time is how long an individual is prepared to hold on until change takes place. How many people give up at the brink of their breakthrough? This could be in business, relationship, career, and all the good things they had wished for. This is for all women around the world to wake up and smell the roses its never too late to wear that beautiful dress you had always wanted, its not too late to have that new haircut, its not too late to wear a new smile, its not too late to renew your marriage vows or friendship vows, its not too late to call that friend, its not too late to start again, its not too late to start that business, its not too late to move to a new location, its not too late to say no, its not too late to write that book, its not too late to learn a new skill, its not too late to go back to college, its not too late to do anything you had ever wished to do in the past.

CHAPTER 1

Imagine a world without women close your eyes right now and just think for a moment or two a world, a country, a state, a community and a family without a woman the thought of it rumbles my stomach.

As a woman I can picture chaos and confusion on the planet - wow! So what is it about a woman and why have I described her as a POWERHOUSE? Theres nothing to quantify the qualities of a woman and like I stated in my poem, she is a complicated but simple creature and only her creator can explain her components.

You should never under estimate the power of a woman said one philosopher. Its very true to know that through the history of man, women have been known to be behind the making of kings and the pulling down of strong cities and great kingdoms.

Never in history has any event taken place that does not involve a woman. They were the best spies and secret agents during the first and second world wars. A woman never give up on her definite resolute. I dont know of any woman who doesnt possess hidden strength to achieve any goal she sets her heart upon.

A woman can pass sensitive message with her eyes without uttering a word what an awesome creature! Nevertheless, most women dont even know they possess these great powers to change their world (family, business, community and themselves). So if a woman has all these powerful and life-changing qualities to make magic happen, what is stopping most women from living a fulfilled life?

A woman is like a garden and they choose what plants that goes into their garden. Every garden requires weeding, watering and pruning. We all have different experiences in our personal journey. You may want to look into your own garden (personal life) and pick out all those weeds (limiting belief, wrong associates and fear) that is about to choke your plants (skills, ideas, dreams and self-confidence).

As a gardener of your own garden (life), you are responsible for looking out for those weeds. Dont wait for others to point them out for you identify them and destroy every one of them before they choke you. Why do you have to wait until your plants die before you do something about the weeds? Hello!

Weeds are plant killers and until they are uprooted and destroyed, you stand no chance of living your full potential. To destroy the weeds they must first be identified. The worst thing you can do to yourself is to shut your eyes and scream and keep screaming THERE ARE NO WEEDS.

Lets take a moment to plot our strategies towards uprooting the weeds in your garden (personal life).

Take the next 20mins or as much time as you require making a list of the possible weeds in your garden:

1. Weed of .. (Example- low self-esteem).

2. Weed of ..

3. Weed of ..

4. Weed of ..

5. Weed of ..

Now that you have identified those weeds what are you going to do about them?

Dont forget;

Only finite beings inherit and their finiteness constrains them. It constrains them to choose, to prefer, to sacrifice, exclude, drop Jacques Derrida

You can transform your garden by destroying weeds and planting your choice of flowers and trees now is the time to do so take action.

As a woman you have that inherit and finite powers to change your world. What is stopping you? Get those weeds before they get you!

Lets take a look at watering the garden; water is life they say you have weeded the garden now is time to water your plants.

In this context water represents personal development as a woman you must spend time to develop yourself and you would agree with me that identifying weeds is not near enough to achieving personal goals. There is a wise saying that;
