When I began writing metaphysical books, Ihad one goal in mind: I wanted to expose people to what I hadlearned. I wanted to expand the readers awareness as my awarenesshad been expanded. I have learned that awareness is the mostfundamental aspect of life. Awareness is the understanding of whowe are and what life is about.
Awareness can be expanded by learning aboutmetaphysics (beyond the physical). With this knowledge, you nolonger have to live with a narrow view of reality. Instead, you canhave a much broader view of who you are and what life is about. This book is about exposing you to that broader view. If this isyour first exposure to metaphysical concepts, you should find thismaterial fascinating.
Metaphysical knowledge is real and will make youthink about life from a new perspective. Many of your currentbeliefs will be exposed as false, and this will force you toreconsider what you believe. Metaphysical knowledge can change theway you think, and thus your life. It is literally the truth thatcan set you free.
I have used a story based in the near future toexplain metaphysical concepts. Although the story provides anentertaining background, I use it to convey concepts. I am not sureif all of the concepts in this book are 100% correct. At this time,I believe them to be, but only time will tell.
The concepts in this book are my truths. For thisreason, I suggest that you find correlating data before you acceptthese ideas as your own. I do not think you can find your truthusing just one source. That is what spirituality is all about finding your truth.
I based the plot of this book on a prophecy fromNostradamus. At one time, his prediction of a world war led by anArab antichrist was a possible future. Thank goodness, it did nottranspire, leaving this book a fictional story that will notactually happen. The prediction was as follows: the so-calledantichrist rises to power in the Middle East; the world economycollapses; the antichrist cajoles the world into accepting him as alegitimate, peaceful world leader; then the antichrist starts hisworld war to conquer the world.
The purpose of all my books is to help peopleunderstand and prepare for the coming changes to civilization.Although we are not going to have a world war, the one overridingtheme I use in all of my books is the imminent end of current ourcivilization. I believe 100% that we are at the cusp of atransition into a new civilization. And this is not going tohappen in the distant future, but during our lifetimes.
The basis of this transition is spiritual in nature.Civilization is going to literally transform spiritually. Insteadof a civilization that is fragmented by an array of differentcultures, countries, and religions, we are going to come togetheras a global community based on spirituality and human values. Thiswill occur as people recognize the inherent divinity that we eachhold and the inherent oneness of life, or how we are allpart of the same whole.
How could this happen? How could people believe inthe oneness of life? Well, many people already do, and thisnumber is increasing every day. Steadily, we are progressingspiritually to the point where it will be common knowledge andaccepted across the globe.
This vision may seem far-fetched, but theinevitability of this outcome will become apparent very soon. Myestimate is sometime between 2016 and 2018. Once we become aware ofour divinity, everything will change. Our world will become alove-based civilization instead of a power-based one. We are goingto get along with each other, and love will reign. So, no matterhow bad it appears to get over the next few years, the outcome willbe wonderful. However, before you get giddy with excitement, thetransition period will be quite tumultuous, and many will perish. For those fortunate enough to survive the chaotic transition periodfrom 2012 to approximately 2035, the future will be everything wewant it to be and more: a utopian paradise.
So now you know why I write the books that I write.I want to help people prepare for this coming new world. Andbecause the foundation will be a new spiritual philosophy, that isthe basis of my writings. Although I most likely do not have itcompletely right, I am close. Moreover, by reading this material, you will be much more prepared for the future than the averageperson who has had no exposure to metaphysics.
Foreword
I remember last year well. For me, it began inIreland. I had been asked to go to Europe to talk with theUnderground about the New Age movement. At the time, I had no ideathat this would be the first in a series of unexpected events
Chapter One Ireland
I walked along a path next to a short stone wall.Everywhere I looked, there was bright green grass and low stonewalls to keep in the sheep. I constantly glanced at the beautiful, green rolling hills off in the distance. It was stunning. I was onmy way to a pub to meet with several members of the Underground. Itwas chilly out, and the wind was gusting. My jacket was barelykeeping me warm.
I was in a small village just outside Dublin. I hadarrived yesterday via a 747 from Los Angeles. I had come as a favorto friends of mine in the New Age movement. There had been arequest from the Underground for a meeting with a New Ageleader.
In no way was I a New Age leader. I was anythingbut. I led a very low-profile lifestyle. I was a teacher. I taughtmetaphysical knowledge at an obscure, tiny school in California. Many New Age leaders, however, were my friends.
It was my friendship with these leaders that hadsent me twelve hours across the Atlantic. I had agreed to come, butnot as a member of any organization. This was not the beginning ofmy association with the leadership. In many respects, I dont knowwhy I had agreed to come. It didnt fit my normal behavior.
I found the pub and entered. Darkness. I sat down ona bar stool and waited for the bartender. The few people at the barpaid no particular attention to me. A fire burned in the fireplace, and it was cozy and warm. A calico cat was curled up asleep nearthe fire.
It was an old pub. The walls were made of wood andsmelled of rot from decades of decay. I glanced at the numerouskegs of beer aligned behind the bar. I searched for Samuel Smiths, but it was not to be found.
What will it be, lad? the bartender asked.
Water will be fine, thank you, I replied.
When he heard my accent, his demeanor changed. Hesquinted his eyes and looked me over carefully.
Are ye looking for Jimmy, then? he asked.
I nodded.
This way, lad, he said.
He turned and walked down the hall to the back ofthe bar. I followed. He opened a door to a back room and ushered mein. There, in front of me, were four men sitting around a table, drinking beer and smoking cigarettes.
