Congratulations for purchasing this book! You have already told me by deciding to pick this book up that you are willing to learn, grow and improve yourself in life. Most people never pick up a book like this nor do they proactively make a conscious decision to take massive action to change the quality of their life and achieve success.

This will be a book on mini habits which are small simple actions you can implement and apply every single day for incremental success in your results in life. Whether that be in your business or professional life, with your health and fitness, with your relationships, and your overall happiness in life.

I understand that this may or may not be the first book you have picked up on this subject, as over the last several years there has been a surge of books written offering to help you with better productivity, less procrastination, more will power, self discipline etc.

While most are well intentioned and aim on addressing the various problems we as a society face in the modern age (whether it be procrastination, shorter attention span, less will power and self discipline), many focus on a rigid approach of micro managing your activities throughout the day which leads to inflexibility and failure to adapt to situations as they arise, as well as overwhelming big changes which take time to develop. Most people though may even quit and slip back into their old ways as a result of this overwhelm, demotivation, and stress.

This book will break down change and transformation of your behaviors, actions and results in life down into smaller manageable chunks and mini habits. This is not to say that these strategies will mean you work less hard, set smaller goals, and not push yourself at all. There will be some mini habits that will help you work this into your life in a smart way so that slowly it becomes a natural part of how you operate in your day to day life. Also at the same time they will cause an immediate change in your actions, your energy levels, productivity which will in turn lead to those significant results.

These will get easier and more effortless over time as they start becoming a habit that will become programmed into your subconscious mind.

While some of these strategies and mini habits may be ones you might of come across before on your self development journey, it bears mentioning that come into all new content (whether that be from a book, seminar, workshop etc.) with an open mind. Even if you have came across something similar, even taking away 1 new angle, perspective, or idea you never would of thought of before makes it worth it. Also the benefit is in further strengthening the good behaviors, beliefs, mindsets and habits you want to ingrain further into your life. As my mentor Tony Robbins always says repetition is the mother of all skill.

In the first chapter, what you are going to be learning about is how to progressively raise your standards, why this is important, and why its better to set your goals a little higher and demand more of yourself unreasonably than set realistic goals.

In the second chapter, you will learn and discover about how to think in terms of leverage to hack your growth. This will give you a quantum leap over many people and will shave off years off your learning curve in any field.

In the third chapter, you will learn about the power of meditation and why this one single habit if you dont take anything else away from this book, at least take this one practice seriously and commit to it!

In the fourth chapter, you will learn why you should automate and delegate your life as much as possible so you can focus more on higher leverage activities that progress you forward in life more effectively.

In the fifth chapter, you will learn how and why you should reprogram your negative thoughts and start focusing on what you want rather than what you dont want. Many people will never get to where they want to get to because of the thoughts holding them back, the self sabotage and the self fulfilling prophecy that results from their thoughts on a daily basis.

In the sixth chapter, you will learn about cultivating the kaizen principle as well as understanding the compounding effect in your goals and in life.
