You may have been spinning your wheels, trying harder to do a better job and be noticed, but still, nothing happens.
Whats even more frustrating is when you see someone else being paid more just because they have a certain degree or went to a certain school. It doesnt mean theyre doing a better job than you Theyre just being paid because more because they are valued higher because their credentials. Its complete bullshit.
But heres why its a good thing
GETTING THE RAISE YOU WANT, EARNING THE MONEY YOU DESERVE, AND ULTIMATELY CREATING THE LIFESTYLE YOU DREAM OF IS 80% PSYCHOLOGY AND 20% MECHANICS.
In other words, the vast majority of what you need to change is in your mind.
The strategies and specifics of how to do something accounts for way less than the internal factorsyour motivation, willingness to do what it takes, readiness to confront your fears and change old patterns, curiosity, and persistence.
These make up the 80%, and when you master these, you will be rewarded for your efforts.
And nothing makes this change happen faster than frustration and pain.
The frustration you are feeling now can give you the energy and the drive to do what it takes to get to where you want to go.
The seven tips I am going to share with you below are incredibly effective and powerful. Ive used them personally and with dozens of Confidence Coaching clients to increase their income.
Confidence isnt just about feeling good about ourselves, or finding someone to date, or even finding your soul mate.
Its also about doing cool shit in the world and being compensated for it.
CONFIDENCE IS ABOUT REALLY THROWING YOURSELF INTO SOMETHING, BEING A LEADER IN YOUR FIELD, AND BEING PAID WELL FOR IT.
Its about being compensated in a way that is reflective of your value.
If you study these steps and apply what you learn in this training, then you, too, can achieve what my clients have.
Ive worked with people whove received 5% raises. Sometimes, people increase their income by 30%... One client received a 100% increase in his salary!
He took the risk to go to a different company and ask for more. His starting salary was double what he was being paid at his old job.
He achieved this goal because he applied the seven steps you are going to learn in this training.
Ive also used the steps in this book to increase the fee I charge for my Confidence Coaching services. When I first started, I was coming from the world of therapy and so I charged therapy ratesabout $150 an hour.
But I wanted to do more. I wanted to work with a broad range of people, from the kid struggling to leave his moms basement to top-level players in the World Bank.
I wanted to play a bigger game, impact more people, and, ultimately, have the ability to help as many people as I can. And this only comes from being free of fear and constraints around money.
Using the principles you will learn below, I increased my fee first by 100%.
I was nervous as hell.
I questioned if I was worth it.
I was worried people would think I was greedy or not good enough to deliver.
Hell, sometimes I thought I wasnt good enough to deliver.
BUT IF YOU LET THE VOICE OF SELF-DOUBT DICTATE YOUR DECISIONS, THEN YOU WILL NEVER STEP INTO WHO YOURE MEANT TO BE, AND YOU WILL NEVER SERVE THE WORLD AT THE LEVEL YOU WERE MEANT TO.
But then I applied step 2, which you will discover below, and everything changed. I began to realize that the more I charged, the more people respected me and drew greater value from my services.
I realized that there were no hard lines about what people could afford or what something is worth.
Remember, its 80% psychology and only 20% mechanics.
The whole challenge of asking for a raise and being paid what youre worth is an internal challenge. It kicks ups doubt about what you deserve, fear of asking for what you want, fear of rejection, fear of negative responses, and fear of being too bold in the world.
Its all this garbage that gets in your way and stops you from being clear, direct, assertive, and going after what you want.
By the end of this eBook, if you practice what you learn, then you will be in a completely different mindset about earning money, value, and assertiveness with others.

This didnt happen overnight, and it wasnt easy.
I accumulated more rejections than I can count.
I had a Microsoft Word document on my computer where I kept track of how many nos I received before I received a yes. I had 3 straight months of dozens of nos before I received my first yes.
Sometimes, I felt discouraged and was certain I couldnt make it. On more than a few occasions, my wife had to be my own confidence coach behind the scenes!
