THE EJACULATORY RESPONSE
In this section we are going to discuss the importance of understanding the ejaculatory response and how we can use to last longer.
The ejaculatory response can simply be described as the peak of stimulation that occurs in the first few seconds to minutes of sex. This sensation is often overwhelming for many men and the unique, warm and slippery feeling of entering a vagina with your penis can often lead to very fast orgasm. The first few minutes of sex are the most difficult minutes to control your ejaculation due to the sensations running through your body as a result of the build up to sex and foreplay. This reaction is very common and fortunately quite easily reconditioned by changing a few things you do in the first few moments of intercourse. If you really want to last 30minutes plus in the bedroom, you are definitely going to want to absorb this information because it is as effective as it is simple. Even if you can last more than a few minutes, this information will help to increase your lasting time from 5-10minutes so it is definitely applicable to anyone trying to learn to last longer

The Game Plan
Slow down. I am referring to what happens after you first enter the vagina. The first few seconds all the way up to the first few minutes of sex are the most arousing and stimulating. Your heart is racing and you feel like you will ejaculate due the incredible sensations. The goal here is to very slowly enter the vagina and very slowly exit. Take your sweet time, enter your penis not in a second but in 10-15 seconds, this may seem strange, but it will help you pass the first few minutes and in turn help you beat your conditioned response to these extreme sensations which is exacerbated by fast movements and fast breathing.
The reduction of the stimulation you experience in the first few minutes of sex will go a long way to helping you last longer so dont make the mistake of thrusting quickly from the get go! If you want sex to be a marathon, you cannot expect to go the distance by going full speed from the beginning. This slow approach to initial thrusting will be met with satisfaction by your partner, who will interpret your technique as a tease, not as a technique to extend your ejaculatory response time.
In order to surpass these first few minutes, it is also important to visualize doing exactly that. Make a direct goal to last what you want and realistically aim for it, dont just aim to last longer. Making a direct goal will help you manifest your intentions.
Now you know how important the first few minutes of sex are and how important it is to majorly slow down the action in order to extend the whole experience. If you can only last 10seconds, applying this method should definitely help you at least double if not quadruple your lasting ability. If you can last 1 minute, you should be able to last a few more by applying this method. Once you pass the first few minutes, it all gets easier from there, so please remember to slow it down! There Is no point going in and thrusting like a madman. If you havent learnt to control your ejaculatory response, you will not keep this up for more than a few seconds or minutes at best.
LOVE MUSCLE TRAINING
I am going to try and keep this section as simple and short as possible. The less you think about the better. Please keep in mind that I am not a doctor and I cannot prescribe you a training session for your particular case. I am just conveying what has worked best for me and many other people I have helped in the past. You should always speak to a professional before attempting any form of training or exercise!
First, The pubococcygeus muscle or PC muscle is a hammock-like muscle, found in both sexes, that stretches from the pubic bone to the coccyx (tail bone) forming the floor of the pelvic cavity and supporting the pelvic organs. This muscle is responsible for your orgasm and your ejaculation. When the muscle contracts you ejaculate, when it remains in a state of calm, you can continue thrusting.
You may or may not have heard of kegel exercises. The truth is they can be extremely effective, but only when done correctly. Most advocates of this exercise teach men to squeeze their PC muscle to strengthen the muscle and stop orgasm (emergency technique). This in fact does work BUT there is a big piece missing here. The muscle must remain in a state of calm to not get to the point of ejaculation. Wouldnt you rather keep your muscle calm than have to constantly squeeze it and prevent ejaculation? I definitely prefer preventative techniques.
Many men with PE have a hypersensitive PC muscle and you may be one of them. If you ever have an erection and very quickly your penis is spasming or you feel the urge to ejaculate very fast this is a sign your muscle needs to be relaxed!
My solution is simple: You practice 80% PC muscle relaxation exercises and 20% strengthening exercises. This will teach you to feel out your muscle and have a better mind muscle connection ( you will know when you want to ejaculate because you will sense your muscle cramping up or becoming tight).
HOW TO PRACTICE
1) PC Relaxation: to feel this out you need to go to the toilet and try to pee. Now when you start peeing try to pee faster. This notion of pushing urine out of your bladder faster is a form or relaxing your pc muscle. You can then practice this same movement without peeing and you now know what a relaxed PC feels like!
2) PC strengthening: This is the polar opposite. Once again try to pee on the toilet, except this time try to stop peeing half way through. This notion of tightening your pc muscle is how you contract and strengthen it. You can use this (when you build up after several weeks of exercises of course) to stop ejaculation when you feel it coming on. You can squeeze your PC muscle and combine it with the breathing exercises to stop ejaculation dead in its tracks! Once you start going again, maybe 10-30seconds later you will not feel the urge to ejaculate for a long time!
