INTRODUCTION
This book was written for men; however, it is also a great resource for women who wish to understand men better sexually and who want to enrich their own sexual experience. I wrote it from my own female perspective and the examples I describe here come from my own life. This is why I keep referring to men and women. However, the techniques, tools and skills I am teaching here are equally applicable to people who identify as gender fluid and who subscribe to any form of sexual orientation. If the male/female dynamic does not apply to you, please feel free to replace these terms with masculine/feminine energy or even active/receptive partners.
The book is based on my experience with my partners, lovers and my sessions with clients. In my pursuit to understand sex and to understand men, I spent countless hours studying men, teaching them, listening to them and making love to them. Over the last three years, I have coached over a thousand clients, teaching them how to be masterful lovers and listening to their feedback and experiences. I have also gone to extreme lengths to educate myself about the art of sex while practicing everything that I was learning about. But aside from all the books, videos, trainings and workshops I was attending, my lovers and my clients were my best teachers, opening up to me about their struggles, challenges and aspirations as lovers.
