Of course, this is honestly the easy part. There are so many good guides for dressing stylish. Pick one and get yourself at least a few nice looking pieces that work together and go from there. Now, if you have a hygiene problem? Its time to get that stuff sorted. Thats just basic human decency. You are, after all, a grown man.

If you still cannot figure it out, get some help. Ask a female relative or friend for assistance. If that isnt possible, ask another man you trust who seems to have some style sense. At the very least, go to a department store and use a personal shopper to pick out a couple of outfits that will work.

E ven after you have read this book and changed your mindset to become a confident man that women find completely sexy and attractive, you may still feel some anxiety about approaching women.
