The extraordinary world of THETA!!
(NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR Several times during this book I mention associated publications. These references are for those seriously interested in delving deeper. They are not intended to be a sales pitch.)
To learn to go to theta manually usually takes 6-12 monthsweve cut this down to around 30 days without the use of artificial binaural or stroboscopic aids.
Many years ago when I was young and carefree I was heavily involved in skydiving. On this one particular occasion my parachute failed dramatically and I collided with the ground in a very unfriendly manner. When I woke up I was in an ambulance and the first thing I noticed was some bones sticking out of my arm.plus the worst pain I had ever felt. At that point the attendant nurse injected me with something and the pain totally faded away. I literally felt great! I learned later that this was a morphine injection. The next time I experienced exactly the same rush was when I had my first success with the theta state. And this is what theta (and delta) achieves for you. An absolute rapturous sense of wonderment and relaxation. Each and every time I exit the theta state I think to myself That was absolutely marvelous. This does not normally happen in alphaonly theta and delta. But it is far more complex to learn this theta state and most individuals use artificial aids such as binaural tones through headphones or stroboscopic lights.
These aids take you to theta but it is vastly more satisfactory if you can achieve this state without the artificial help. And this is what this program is all about.
Theta waves occur in the 4-7 Hz range. (Some authorities claim the 5-8Hz range.)
Theta is actually the crossover between the conscious and the subconscious states, and by learning to use beta wide-awake consciousness coupled with theta trance state simultaneously we can access and influence the powerful subconscious part of ourselves that is normally inaccessible to our waking minds. While in the theta state, the mind is capable of producing profound learning and healing results. It is capable of manifesting profound changes in your material world.
A n individual who has become bored with a task or job tends to drop towards the theta state when they daydream. Likewise when youre driving a car on a long boring trip and suddenly realize you cant remember the last 20 miles or more then you have probably accessed theta. Good ideas can flow in this state and occasionally you will have a flash of inspiration during these times.
I personally get my best ideas when I am playing slot machines in a casino or club. I am relaxed and tend to drop to theta with the mechanical repetition of pressing the play button plus the constant flashing display symbols on the screen in front of me.
Individuals in the theta state will often notice that their intuition has increased and their gut feelings are stronger. I notice this particularly on the slot machines where I get the sudden feeling that I should continue playing a machine that hasnt been paying. Quite often this pays off as the machine suddenly gives me a decent payout. Without this subconscious urge to continue I would have missed out.
The theta brainwave state allows us to connect deeply with our subconscious mind.
Writers and other artistic people find things flow better when in the alpha or theta state.
The theta state is like a hypnotic state. If you can develop the ability to drop to theta while still retaining the wide- awake alpha state then you effectively become your own hypnotist.
This is known as the mind-awake-body-asleep state. In the theta state the mind is highly suggestible and you can implant new ideas, patterns and concepts very quickly.
Only 15 minutes in theta will totally rejuvenate your body. It would take more than an hour in alpha to achieve the same benefit. The feeling of theta is quite awesome and is a fascinating experience for those who have never done it before.
You can use binaural beats or other stroboscopic gimmicks to achieve a theta state but it is best if you achieve them by yourself then you will always have the technique on hand and wont have to carry mechanical devices around with you. And once you learn the theta techniqueyou have it for life!!
THE PROCESS
Obviously you must have the ability to drop to alpha, without artificial aids, before you can attack the theta proces s.

The first thing you will need to do is make yourself a simple cassette tape with a special message on it. You will use this when you are reclining or lying down in the alpha state.
Play it at a very soft level but make sure you can hear the words clearly.
One very important point It is usual to drop off to sleep as you get down into the theta range. It fact it is almost impossible to remain mind-awake-body-asleep! However we have developed a really neat simple method of staying alert. It takes little effort and seems to work for most people. It involves something we call the B symbol. Details of this are at the bottom of this report.
The message you record is as follows:
(Speak very slowly with plenty of gaps between sentences)
. Now that I am fully relaxed in alpha I desire to drop further into theta. As I count slowly from ten down to one I will enter the theta state. I will retain a B symbol on my mental screen while I am listening to this tape. I will retain conscious awareness while I am dropping down to theta.
REPEAT THE ABOVE PASSAGE AT LEAST 6 TIMES ON YOUR CASSETTE.
(Then proceed in a very slow voice with the theta message as follows-)
TEN.I am focusing on my beta sign on my mental screen and letting my body relax more and more.. I am focusing on my beta sign on my mental screen and letting my body relax more and more..
NINE..I can feel every muscle in my body letting go.I can feel a sense of wellbeing coming over me. I can feel every muscle in my body letting go.I can feel a sense of wellbeing coming over me.
EIGHT I am focusing on my beta sign on my mental screen and letting my body relax more and more..my breathing is slowing down and I can feel the tenseness leaving my muscles..
SEVENMy body is starting to feel like its floating ...I can feel a sense of serenity and peacefulness.nothing disturbs menothing worries me
.SIX. I am focusing on my beta sign on my mental screen.every muscle in my body is now totally relaxed.I am listening only to my voice and can feel my body becoming totally peaceful.
.FIVE My body is feeling relaxed, warm and comfortable. I am maintaining focus on my Beta symbol while feeling myself drop lower and lower..
..FOUR.. My brain frequency is dropping lower and lower as my body relaxes more and more. I am feeling very comfortable and very peaceful. Nothing disturbs me
..THREE.I notice a feeling of absolute serenity overcoming me. As I focus on my beta symbol I am feeling a sense of absolute drowsiness..
TWO.I am focused inward and nothing disturbs my feeling of total peacefulness. I am aware that my body feels like it is asleep but my conscious mind is focused on my beta symbol
.ONE..I am now fully aware of my near-sleep body state and my ability to retain consciousness awareness. I realize I am in the theta frequency state and am enjoying the experience. I am feeling totally blissful and relaxed..
