PRELUDE

What you are about to read may frighten you. It should enrage you. It may even sicken you. No matter how you react, the facts, evidence and expert opinions offered in the following pages will stay with you and perhaps alter your outlook forever.

The purpose of this book is quite simple: to offer evidence of a centuries-old plan for total world domination by a few elites a plan that, at this writing, is very nearly realized. To the uninitiated, this may sound like paranoia. I wish I could agree.

When Dane Phillips approached me with an offer to write this book six months ago, I insisted on doing my own independent research. Dane already had created the websites BattleHymn.com and BBNWorld-News.com, which cover the same subject and most of its many aspects. Dane purchased the domain names at personal expense in order to create a brand for what had become a personal passion. His site has a fundamentalist Christian slant, which I felt was effective with those people who already believed the material offered, but would not appeal to those of us who are not involved in the conservative Christian movement. I wanted to take a different, but parallel course.

Dane and I have been friends since our college days at Loyola University in Los Angeles. We lived in the same fraternity house on the beach in Playa Del Rey, shared the usual youthful adventures, and remained as friends throughout the years that followed. This foundation produced a strong trust, and allowed me to work without interference in creating a secular, sober, journalistic offering of the subject matter. I thank Dane for that trust and consideration.

When I first undertook this project, I was a skeptic. I even used the term lunatic fringe to describe the people who saw conspiracies in wars, revolutions, plagues and the 9/11 attacks. For this reason, I deliberately avoid using the word conspiracy in the body of this work, because I believe that we have been conditioned by our media to discount any arguments that suggest such a thing. Decades of criticism and ridicule by the mainstream newspapers, magazines and TV news have marginalized even the best reportage on any matter that contradicts the orthodox and official view of things.

But the journalists job is to gather evidence and go where it leads, no matter how disturbing or bizarre the endpoint of that journey may become. Like a trial lawyer preparing a case, a journalist must collect facts in documents, eyewitness testimony, visual and audio recordings, expert opinion and various other channels to create a convincing argument. I hope I have done that.

The journey you are about to begin will take you through myriad aspects related to the plans and deeds that are intended to create a New World Order of one government, one justice system and one religion all under the complete control of an unelected elite. This small cabal of powerful men will rule from the shadows through selected agents, posing as political leaders, who will do their bidding. They will have the ability to control populations through propaganda, fear, and if necessary, force, owing to their empire over the press, the police, the politicians, the judges and the military. You will learn how far along they are in completing this control.

This book contains nine sections, each dealing with different aspects of the story. The principals who currently work toward these goals are introduced immediately. In many cases, they state their intentions clearly in their own words. Certainly they have revealed their intentions in their deeds. If anything should be garnered from this first section, it is the fact that their scheme for control is generational, going back to at least the 18 th century.

The second section, Confederacies of Dunces (with apologies to the late John Kennedy Toole), refers not to the men at the apex of the modern secret societies, but to those men and women who make up the outer echelon of groups like the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission and the Bilderberg Group. These well-meaning people unwittingly do the work of those few at the top of each groups carefully crafted pyramid in an aged system designed for manipulation. The underlings, proud to have been invited to join such elite organizations, eagerly work to promote policies friendly to the master plan as political advisors, military personnel, intelligence agents, religious leaders and corporate leaders.

The older secret societies and their mandates appear in the third section, where the reader will learn that what is taking place now was set in motion long ago. How these protocols have taken hold in America is the subject of the following section, and it truly is a trail of tears. The struggle to establish a privately owned central bank in the United States extends from Alexander Hamilton to Woodrow Wilson, when the European interests finally succeeded in saddling Americans with the Federal Reserve System. This entity is the sacred cow of the international bankers, and anyone who threatens it, including US presidents, is ruthlessly eliminated, as you will learn in the disturbing conclusion of this section.

Most of us do not realize the degree of control our democratic system has gathered over Americans in the last half century. This is the topic of the next section, a look at how the oligarchs steadily have added the entire US media, science, politics, the economy and our childrens education to their list of holdings. All that remains in the way of total control is to tag every individual electronically, and you will learn that legislation for this already is written.

What do the elite plan to do with this control? Their dark plans are the subject of the next section, which reveals programs already underway that are so ruthless and so cruel as to stagger credibility. The average mind rebels against such charges, but the evidence of words and deeds is impossible to ignore.
