About the Authors
Shiv Singh helps brands transform with the rise of digital and has worked in executive level positions on both the agency side and with Fortune 50 companies. He is currently the SVP of Global Brand and Marketing Transformation at Visa Inc. Shiv has been recognized by Ad Age as a Media Maven and has been featured on the publications cover. More recently, he was recognized by Adweek as a Top 50 Marketer (no. 19).
The award-winning and business-results-producing work done by his teams and him while at Visa Inc. and PepsiCo have been recognized by leading industry and consumer publications from Fortune Magazine and Ad Age to Forbes and The Harvard Business Review. This includes the definition and launch of the new, multistakeholder Visa brand platform and communications model, reimagining card innovation for major Visa clients, evolving the Pepsi brand for the digital era by making it a media brand through the creation of a global media network called Pepsi Pulse, and forming the largest multidimensional partnership with Twitter in its history.
Shiv has also written for the Harvard Business Review online, Ad Age, Adweek, and other publications. Shiv sits on the DMG World Media Board of Governors and has advised startups including Buddy Media, Crowdtwist, Beckon, and Social Chorus.
