- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine all of the casserole ingredients.
- Spread the mixture into the greased baking dish.
- Combine the cup butter and crackers.
- Sprinkle over the potatoes.
- Bake for about an hour, or until browned on top.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 5-10 more minutes.

- Brush the outside with melted butter.
- Coat in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Place the rolls in a plate and cover with plastic wrap.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
