This recipe only uses three ingredients to make one of the best-tasting party bites you will serve this year. I have used other types of bacon different than prosciutto when the mood strikes.
Lay prosciutto slices down on a plate and roll the asparagus spears in the piece on an angle. Leave space at the top of the asparagus
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan on medium heat and cook spears in the oil for 5 minutes or until the meat reaches desired crispiness
Drain excess grease by transferring spears to a paper-towel lined plate and serve
Recipe 2: Taco Muffin Cups
Try these muffin cups for your next family get-together when you are serving a Spanish-inspired meal like fajitas or enchiladas. I like to have plenty of sour cream and chives on hand for garnishing.

- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 5 oz. water
- 8 oz. canned black beans, rinsed
- 8 oz. refrigerated pizza dough

4. Unroll pizza dough on a flat surface and cut into 12 squares

7. Bake for 12 minutes or until dough is golden brown
8. Remove from heat and let the muffin tin cool for a minute

11. Add a dollop of sour cream before serving
