THE 28-DAY MEAL PREP WEIGHT-LOSS DIET
INTRODUCTION
After my first book, The 5-Day Real Food Detox, was published, I was excited about writing a second book. The question was what kind of book. I didnt just want to write a cookbook, because even with a hundred recipes at your fingers in this book, cooking and eating healthy can be daunting. Dont get me wrongI love creating recipes and showcasing sexy, healthy food. I love teaching people how to make delicious meals, and I love showing people how healthy food tastes better than anything they could ever imagine.
But was that what my readers needed?
I knew deep down that shifting out of detox mode and back into everyday eating could easily be a recipe for disaster. Without a routine, shopping and cooking can be time-consuming, expensive, and confusing. I realized then that I wanted to write something to eliminate the slippery slope that can lead to making unhealthy food choices.
