1 tablespoon minced garlic clove
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter (crunchy)
2 tablespoons water
Directions
1. First, mix the first 8 ingredients into a bowl.
2. Slowly stir in the water little by little till you get your desired sauce thickness.
3. Lastly, serve with any desired meals.
2. Mongolian Lamb
Although we are not sure if its Australian or Asian, what we know is that this takeout delicacy is amazing, and its homemade version is a masterpiece!

Ingredients
For the marinade
200g lamb boneless meat (sliced)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 pinch baking soda
1 teaspoon soy sauce (light)
1 teaspoon cooking wine (Chinese)
For the stirfry
For the sauce
1 tablespoon cornflour
1 teaspoon soy sauce (light)
1 tablespoon soy sauce (dark)
1 tablespoon chili paste
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 pinch Chines five-spice powder
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
Directions
1. Combine the lamb near and the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Toss well.
2. Keep aside for 30 minutes
3. To make your sauce, have your sauce ingredients combined in a bowl. Mix well. Keep aside.
4. Saut the onions and garlic in oil in a pan.
5. Add in the lamb and the green onions. Cook for 3 minutes.
6. Throw in the cornflour sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy
3. Thai Fried Rice
We know you love the takeout version of Thai fried rice, but we bet that youd love this homemade version more!

Cooking time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients
2 medium-sized chopped onions
4 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup tomato wedges
1 handful sliced cucumber
6 sliced green onions
4 chopped garlic cloves
2 handfuls chopped coriander
200g cooked prawns
4 eggs (beaten lightly)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
6 cups jasmine rice (cooked and drained)
Directions
1. Saut the onion and garlic in oil on a pan.
2. Throw in the Prawns and the green onion. Cook for 30 seconds.
3. When its done, pack the mixture to a side of the pan, and scramble the egg in the vacant spot for 1 minute.
4. Add in the sauce and rice. Cook-stir for 4 minutes.
5. Serve with the tomatoes, coriander, and cucumbers.
6. Enjoy.
4. Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowls
Certainly, in less than 15 minutes, you can have this meal sizzling on a plate in the twinkling of an eye!!
