1. Take a blender, combine the mango, yogurt, ice cream, sugar, cardamom pods, mint leaves as you desire.
2. Process, cover, and blend it for 30-60 seconds until it is smooth.

Indian Rice and Carrot Pudding
This Indian rice and carrot pudding are easy to make for your kids, friends, and family. This recipe is full of nutrition and rich in flavor.
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serving size: 9
Ingredients:
Milk 3 cups
Shredded carrot 1 cup
Drained and washed, basmati uncooked rice cup
Ground cardamom 3/4 teaspoon
Ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
Ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped unsalted pistachios 1/4 cup
Agave nectar 1/2 cup
Raisins 1/3 cup
Rosewater 1/4 teaspoon (on your choice)
Instruction:
1. Take a slow cooker in 4-qt, add rice, carrot, milk, ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom.
2. Stir the chopped half of pistachios.
3. Covered, cook on high flame for 2 hours, and occasionally stirring.
4. Now reduce to low heat and add raisins and agave.
5. Cover and cook for 15 minutes until the rice gets tender.
6. Take rose water and stir in it (if you want).
7. Serve it warm or refrigerator and get the chilled one pudding.
8. Serve and garnish it with pistachios.
9. Now enjoying your yummiest pudding.
Larb Gai
This Thai chicken recipe is full of nutrition and a healthy diet. You can serve it as the main course or as an appetizer; it's your choice. You can also present it with lettuce leaves.

Ingredients:
Ground chicken 1/2 lb.
Canola oil 2 tablespoon
Thinly shallots sliced 2
Chopped and seeded, fresh red or green chilies 2
Minced garlic cloves 2
Lime juice 2 tablespoon
Fish sauce 3 tablespoon
Chili sweet sauce 1 tablespoon
Brown sugar 2 tablespoon
Chili sriracha sauce 1-2 teaspoon
Cilantro fresh leaves 1/2 cup
Fresh minced mint 2 tablespoon
Sticky hot cooked rice
Lettuce Boston leaves as you like
Instruction:
1. Take a large skillet, on medium heat, cook chicken until it gets to change its color for 10 minutes.
2. Drain and break it into pieces.
3. On that same skillet, on medium, heat up the oil.
4. Add chiles and shallots; cook it for 3- 4 minutes until it gets tender.
5. Add garlic and cook it for 1 minute.
6. Stir it in cooked chicken, add fish juice, lime juice, brown sugar, chilies sauce, and sriracha.
7. Stir and cook it and add mint and cilantro.
8. Serve it with rice and leaves of lettuce and enjoy your meal.
