Ingredients:
- Pork Rinds: cup (Crushed)
- Jumbo Shrimp:4 cups. (deveined)
- Coconut Flakes preferably: cup
- Eggs: two
- Flour of coconut: cup
- Any oil of your choice for frying at least half-inch in pan
- Freshly ground black pepper & kosher salt to taste
- Dipping sauce (Pina colada flavor):
- Powdered Sugar as Substitute: 2-3 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
- Sour Cream: cup
- Coconut Extract or to taste: tsp
- Coconut Cream: 3 tablespoons
- Pineapple Flavoring as much to taste: tsp
- Coconut Flakes preferably unsweetened this is optional: 3 tablespoons
Directions:
- Pina Colada (Sauce)
- Mix all the ingredients into a tiny bowl for the Dipping sauce (Pina colada flavor). Combine well, and put in the fridge until ready to serve.

- Whip all eggs in a deep bowl, and a small, shallow bowl, add the crushed pork rinds, coconut flour, sea salt, coconut flakes, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Put the shrimp one by one in the mixed eggs for dipping, then in the coconut flour blend. Put them on a clean plate or put them on your air fryer's basket.
- To Make in Air Fry Oven:

Ingredients:
- One lime
- Raw shrimp: 1 cup
- Salt: 1/8 teaspoon
- 1 clove of garlic
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
- In water, let wooden skewers soak for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
- Fish fillets in cubes: 2 cups(skinless)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Flour: 5 tablespoons
- Water: 5 tablespoons
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- Breadcrumbs mix
- Smoked paprika: 1 tablespoon
- Whole wheat breadcrumbs: cup
- Garlic powder: 1 tablespoon
Directions:
- Season the fish cubes with kosher salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, add flour and gradually add water, mixing as you add.
- Then mix in the egg. And keep mixing but do not over mix.
- Coat the cubes in batter then in the breadcrumb mix. Coat well
- Place the cubes in a baking tray and spray with oil.
- Let the air fryer preheat to 200 C.
- Place cubes in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes or until well cooked and golden brown.
- Serve with salad greens.

Ingredients:
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Two Salmon fillets
- Lemon juice
- Water: 1/3 cup
- Gluten-free soy sauce: 1/3 cup
- Honey: 1/3 cup
- Scallion slices
- Cherry tomato
- Freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, kosher salt to taste
Directions:
- Season salmon with pepper and salt
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, water, oil. Add salmon in this marinade and let it rest for least two hours.
- Let the air fryer preheat at 180C
- Place fish in the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes.
- Move to a dish and top with scallion slices.

Ingredients:
- Crab meat: 4 cups
- Two eggs
- Whole wheat bread crumbs: cup
- Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
- Worcestershire sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Old Bay seasoning: 1 and teaspoon
- Dijon mustard: 1 teaspoon
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Green onion: cup, chopped
Directions:
- In a bowl, add Dijon mustard, Old Bay, eggs, Worcestershire, and mayonnaise mix it well. Then add in the chopped green onion and mix.
- Fold in the crab meat to mayonnaise mix. Then add breadcrumbs, not to over mix.
- Chill the mix in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes. Then shape into patties.
- Let the air-fryer preheat to 350F. Cook for 10 minutes. Flip the patties halfway through.
- Serve with lemon wedges.

Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- In another bowl, add zucchini, turkey, salt, squash and coat with oil.

- Move the shrimp and vegetable mix to the fryer basket and cook for three minutes.
