Introduction
A lot of people confuse omelets for frittata, but they are two distinctly different meals. Although both are egg-based meals, but they are quite different from one another.
While omelets are eaten straight from the heat, you can eat frittatas at any temperature you desire.
Also, another distinct difference between them is that the omelet served just one person while frittatas served a lot of people.
Enough of the lecture, it is needless to say that frittatas are awesome meals, and we have compiled this recipe to show you how awesome and delightful it is to quench your late-night cravings with Frittatas!!
Frittata Recipes
1) Artichoke Frittata
This is a rich and delicious appetizer that is not only easy to make but can also be served both warm and col d .
Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Yield: 12
List of Ingredients:
- 1 jar of drained and chopped artichoke hearts
- 1 bunch of chopped green onions
- 9 beaten eggs
- 1 pound of grated cheddar cheese
- 14 crumbled saltine crackers
- Half cup of chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 dash of hot pepper sauce
- Ground pepper and salt to taste

Preparation:
. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and heat the marinade of artichoke hearts in another skille t .
. Stir fry the green onions for 2 to 3 minute s .
. Also stir fry eggs, cheese, crackers, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and hot sauce in the skillet and transfer this whole mixture to a baking dis h .
. Bake in the oven until the center is puffy in texture which will take about 40 minute s . Cool down before cutting into piece s .
2) Tortilla Espanola
It is the most commonly made dish at hom e .
Cooking Time: 50 minute s .

- 1 tablespoon olive oi l .
- 2 sliced potatoe s .
- 1 bunch chopped parsle y .
- Salt and peppe r .
- 6 egg s .
- teaspoons smoked paprik a .
- 1 sweet sliced Spanish onio n .

Preparation:
. Heat up oven up to 175 degrees Celsiu s .
. Take an ovenproof pan, pour oil and heat i t . Add potatoes along with salt, paprika and peppe r . Stir fry potatoes for 10 minute s .
. Now add onions and further cook for 10 minute s . Remove it from heat and let it cool down for 5 minute s .
. Whisk eggs with 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a bow l . Add up parsley and then potat o / onion mixtur e . Mix them slowl y .
. Now again heat up oil and pour this mixture in it over low to medium flam e . Do not let omelet stick to the botto m .
. Put skillet in oven and bake for 5 minute s .
. Cut into pie shaped pieces and serve war m .
3) Cheesy Baked Eggs
This is a full diet to start your day wit h .
Cooking Time: 65 minutes

List of Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 12 eggs
- 1 pound of shredded cheese
- 16 o z . cottage cheese
- Half cup al l- purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation:
. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees and grease the baking dish with butte r . Beat the eggs and whisk all the ingredients including cheeses in the bow l .
. Now pour the mixture in the baking dish and bake in the oven till all the mixture of eggs is done completel y .
4) Spinach and Potato Frittata
The mixture of spinach and potato in the frittata gives it a yummy tast e .
Cooking Time: 35 minutes

List of Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 6 sliced small potatoes
- 1 cup of fresh spinach torn
- 2 tablespoons of green onions sliced
- 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 eggs
- Half cup of cheddar cheese
- 1/ 3 cup of milk

. Heat olive oil in the skillet and put potatoes in i t . Cover the skillet and cook them for 10 minute s . Now mix spinach, green onion and garlic in i t . Now season with salt and pepper and cook for 1 or 2 more minute s .
. Now beat together eggs with milk and pour over the vegetable s . Sprinkle cheddar cheese over it and cook for 5 to 7 minute s .
5) Smoked Salmon Frittata
