Tuna Casserole Express
This is the fastest tuna casserole you can ever make. If you want to make it fancy, you can transfer it to a baking dish, sprinkle it with fried onions, and broil for several minutes.
Prep Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
1 can of drained canned tuna
1 pack of mac and cheese mix
1 can of drained peas
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
Procedure:
1. Prepare the mac and cheese mix following the package instructions.
2. Add the tuna, peas, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix them well.
3. Heat until it bubbles. Serve.
Shrimp Scampi Pasta
The blend of seafood and pasta in this dish is heavenly. Its great with any kind of pasta, but you can use angel hair if you want it lighter.
Prep Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 6
Ingredients:
1 pack of linguine pasta
1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
4 tbsp. butter
2 minced garlic cloves
2 finely diced shallots
1 pinch of kosher salt
1 pinch of pepper
cup of dry white wine
4 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 juiced lemon
cup of finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Procedure:
1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes or until it becomes almost tender. Drain afterward.
2. Melt 2 tbsp. butter with 2 tbsp. of olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
3. Add shallots, garlic, and red pepper flakes to the butter mixture and cook them for 3 to 4 minutes or until the shallots become translucent.
4. Season shrimps with black pepper and kosher salt. Add them to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes with occasional stirring until they turn pink. Take the shrimps off the skillet and set them aside.
5. Combine lemon juice and white wine in the skillet and wait for it to boil. Use a wooden spoon to scrape the brown food off the bottom part of the skillet.
6. Melt the remaining butter in the skillet and add 2 tbsp. of olive oil. Let it simmer.
7. Toss the shrimp, pasta, and parsley in the mixture until well-coated.
8. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle the remaining oil before serving if you want.
Salmon Cakes
These scrumptious seafood cakes can be served as sandwiches or as standalone desserts.
Prep Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
2 cans of drained and flaked salmon
cup of minced fresh parsley
cup of Italian-seasoned Japanese breadcrumbs (panko)
2 chopped green onion
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tsp. seafood seasoning
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. creamy salad dressing
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. olive oil
Procedure:
1. Combine salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, black pepper, seafood seasoning, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, salad dressing, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
2. Divide and make 8 patties.
3. Heat the surface of a large skillet with olive oil on medium heat. Fry the patties in batches for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until each of them turns brown.
4. Add more olive oil if needed.
Air-Fried Lemon Pepper Shrimp
You can serve these easy and versatile air-fried shrimps with rice, pasta, or salad. They are great as appetizers or as main meals.
