(1) Potato Latkes with Caviar
Caviar is the star here. With caviar on these delicious latkes, you bring in the mood of dining at a luxurious restaurant right into your home.

List of Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 large eggs, beaten
1 medium white onion, quartered
Salt and black pepper to taste
cup fine cornmeal
Vegetable oil for deep frying
1 cups sour cream
Black or orange caviar, for garnish

How to Cook:
1. Cook potatoes in slightly boiling water for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Drain and transfer potatoes to a bowl. Mash well and mix in eggs, onion, salt, and black pepper until well combined -form 4 (1-inch) round patties from the mixture and cover with cornmeal.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer and fry patties for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain grease.
3. Place latkes on a serving platter, top with sour cream, and garnish with caviar. Serve.
(2) Tuscan Tomato and Cream Ravioli
A quick Italian pasta combination for a relaxed evening with a tasty glass of red wine.

List of Ingredients:
1 (10 oz) four-cheese ravioli, packaged and refrigerated
1 (8 oz) can sun-dried tomato sauce, Alfredo
2 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine
cup chopped fresh basil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil chiffonade for garnish

How to Cook:
1. Cook ravioli according to the packages instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a medium pot except for Parmesan cheese and simmer over low-medium heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Stir in ravioli, Parmesan cheese, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Dish food, garnish with basil chiffonade and serve warm.
(3) Surf and Turf
When celebrating anniversaries, this seafood and meat combo represents right. It requires a bit of an effort to prepare but pleases well as the energy deems fit.
