1 Tablespoon of cornstarch
Cup of olive oil
2 Tablespoons of soy sauce
Cup of water
Instructions:
For this first recipe, the first thing that you should do is to put together the cornstarch, water, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix until the cornstarch is completely melted and set it aside.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a large wok, then saut the ginger first to bring out the flavor.
Add the garlic, onions, and stir it all up until you can smell its delicious aroma.
When it is ready, add the broccoli, carrots, peas, and green beans into the wok and stir it all again until everything is combined.
Mix in the soy sauce and the cornstarch mix, then stir it all up again until the sauce is combined into the vegetables.

1 Cup of cremini mushrooms (Halved)
1 Cup of broccoli florets
Cup of chopped green onion
Sauce:
Cup of apple cider vinegar
Cup of tomato sauce
Cup of apple juice
1 Tablespoon of soy sauce
1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 Tablespoons of cornflour
Cup of water
Instructions:
The first step for this recipe is to make the sweet and sour sauce, combine the apple cider vinegar, tomato sauce, apple juice, soy sauce, and salt, then mix it all up.
In another small bowl, whisk together the cornflour and water until it is completely melted.
Pour the sauce mixture into a small saucepan together with the cornflour mixture, stir it continuously, then let it simmer for about 3 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Once done, let the sauce cool down, then add sugar, mix it well and set it aside.
Next, prepare the vegetables, get the bell peppers, cut them into strips, and then set them aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Saut the garlic until you can already smell its fragrant.
Add the bell pepper strips, carrots, and broccoli florets into the wok.
Let it all cook, and dont forget to stir it constantly. Once the vegetables have already turned golden brown, under 34 minutes, you can now add the mushrooms and green onions.
Stir fry it all again for 23 minutes or more. Once done, pour the sauce into the wok and bring it to a boil.
