Gazpacho Soup
Ready in 2 hours. 4 servings
This raw soup will be prepared in a blender, and you have to serve it cold. This soup is healthy and delicious.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes: 500g
Cucumber: 1 small
Red pepper: 1
Onion: 1
Garlic: 2 cloves
Chili: 1 small
Alkaline water: 1 quart
Olive oil (cold-pressed): 4 tablespoons
Lemon Juice: 1 lemon
Cayenne pepper: 1 dash
Salt as per taste
Directions:
1. Peel cucumbers and cut all your vegetables into large chunks.
2. Put all these ingredients (except olive oil) in one blender and mix them well to make them smooth.
3. Pour olive oil in this blend and process these ingredients again. Put this soup in your fridge for almost two hours to serve this soup cold. You can add pepper and salt as per taste and garnish with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and scallions to serve.
Alfalfa Sprouts and Avocado
Ready in 15 minutes. 4 servings.
There are several health benefits of Alfalfa sprouts and avocado. This salad is good to prevent breast cancers and prostate.
Ingredients:
Avocados: 2 normal
Tomatoes: 8oz.
Alfalfa sprouts: 5 to 6oz.
Garlic: 1 clove
Lime juice: 2 tablespoons
Olive oil (extra virgin and cold press): 4 tablespoons
Salt and pepper as per taste
Fresh basil to garnish
Directions:
- Peel avocado and dice to make small pieces and mix with some fresh lemon juice.
- Chop tomatoes and clean your alfalfa sprouts and put them in one bowl.
- Chop your garlic and mix them well with the remaining lemon juice, salt, basil, pepper and olive oil. Mix them well and pour this dressing over the vegetables and mix them well. This salad is ready for your lunch.
Spelt Pasta with Eggplant and Zucchini
Ready in 30 minutes. 4 servings.
This pasta is really delicious and rich in minerals and wonderful taste. You can sprinkle herbs and serve it with tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
Spelt pasta: 300g
Diced Eggplant: 1 large
Olive oil (extra-virgin): 3 tablespoons
Diced white onions: 1 to 2
Crushed garlic: 2 to 3 gloves
Diced ripe tomatoes: 3
Diced Zucchini: 1 large
Diced Sun-dried tomatoes: 2/3 cup
Vegetable broth: 2/3 cup
Oregano: 1 teaspoon
Basil leaves (dry): 2 teaspoons
Black pepper (ground) and Sea salt as per taste
- Directions:
- Take one large pan and heat your oil to fry garlic, eggplant and onion for almost 8 to 10 minutes. You should mix these ingredients on a constant basis.
- Add both types of tomatoes, oregano, and zucchini for approximately 6 to 8 minutes. Stir all ingredients constantly.
- In the meantime, cook pasta according to the instructions given on the package.
- Add broth in this pan and sprinkle basil, pepper, and salt. Cover this pan and simmer it for almost 4 to 5 minutes.
- Mix in pasta and vegetables and garnish with basil leaves and olive oil. You can serve with your favorite pasta sauce.
Pumpkin Patties
Ready in 30 minutes. 4 servings.
Pumpkins are alkaline and have low calories. This vegetable is ideal to reduce weight because pumpkins have magnesium, fiber, potassium, iron and zinc.
Ingredients:
Pumpkin: 1 lb.
Potatoes: 1 lb.
Soy flour: 2.5 oz.
Alkaline water: 4 tablespoons
Chopped parsley: 3 tablespoons
Sea salt as per taste
Pepper: 1 pinch
Olive oil: (extra virgin): as per needs
Directions:
- Peel pumpkin and potatoes, and grate both of them to get their chunky pieces. Take a bowl and mix in two tablespoons of flour (soy flour) in this bowl with four tablespoons of water.
- Take another bowl and put pumpkins and grated potatoes into this bowl and mix in remaining soy flour. Mix all ingredients well and sprinkle pepper, parsley and salt in this bowl. Make round patties with this mixture.
- Heat olive oil in one pan and fry these patties for a few minutes from both sides to make them golden brown. Your alkalizing patties are ready.
Avocado and Broccoli Soup
Ready in 45 minutes. 2 servings.

Ingredients:
Alkaline water: cup
Avocado:
Chopped broccoli: 1 cup
Cashew nuts: cup
Alfalfa sprouts: cup
Garlic: 1 clove
Olive oil (extra virgin): 1 tablespoon
Pepper and Sea Salt: 1 pinch each
Parsley for garnishing
Directions:
- Take a food processor and add alkaline water along with cashew nuts in the processor to puree them for 3 to 5 seconds.
- You have to add all other ingredients (dont add avocado) one by one and puree each ingredient for 5 to 10 seconds.
