Recipe 1: Zucchini Pasta
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 2
Ingredient List:
Rigatoni pasta (boiled) 1 pack
Oil 2 tablespoons
Zucchini (trimmed) 2
Garlic cloves (crushed) 2
Tomatoes (chopped) 2
Fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Parsley 2 cups
Grated parmesan 2 cups

Instructions:
1. Add oil into the pan.
2. Mix zucchini, garlic, tomatoes, lemon juice, parsley and parmesan.
3. Cook for 10 minutes.
4. When ready, mix with pasta.
5. Serve and enjoy the dish!
Recipe 2: Delicious Baked Zucchini Delight
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

5. When ready, serve with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.

Salad leaves 2 cups
Capers 2 tablespoons
Fresh lemon juice cup
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
