Let the vermicelli soak in a bowl of hot water until it has softened. Drain the bowl. 2. Have a bowl of warm water to moisten the wrappers as you use them. 3. 4. 4.

Place the noodles and dried mushrooms in a bowl of hot water for 15 minutes. 2. Chop the mushrooms if necessary. 3. Drain the noodles and mushrooms and add the pork, crab, cabbage, carrot, shallot, sugar, salt, and pepper. 4.
