INTRODUCTION
Nutella is a wonderfully creamy chocolate spread that can be used in numerous ways- its nutritional, filling and very easy to use. The only aspect that hinders from using Nutella- is our imagination.
Nutella is a worldwide favorite in almost every corner of the world and that is mainly because it is ready to use, healthy and filling spread for your sandwiches, fruit salads, cakes, ice creams, and or even just lick a spoon and enjoy a simple dessert!
It is a hazelnut chocolate spread that contains hazelnut, milk powder, sugar and chocolate and though it may not be the best breakfast for adults, it is a great one for kids who need a lot of energy to survive the day ahead.
In order to make it even healthier, just spread on multigrain breads and you can be sure to have a hearty breakfast and even pack it for trips and picnics.
When you look at nutritional aspects, 2 tablespoons of Nutella can provide 1-gram fiber, 4% of calcium and iron needed for the body, 20 grams of sugar and 4 grams of fat.
The taste is almost similar to a peanut butter spread, but with a touch of chocolate and you do know chocolate is good for the body. It lowers your cholesterol, keeps the body energetic and will not build fat around the body.
