This dessert combines one of the best banana bread recipes with the creamy, magical treat of Nutella, for a taste you wont soon forget. Its great for breakfast, lunch, or a snack.

Makes 10 Servings

Cooking + Prep Time: 1 hour 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt, kosher
  • 1 stick melted butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup sugar, granulated
  • 1 egg, large
  • 1 extra yolk from another large egg
  • 1/4 cup sour cream, light
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract, pure
  • 3 mashed bananas, ripe
  • 3/4 cup Nutella spread use microwave to melt a bit

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line loaf pan using baking paper. Spray with non-stick spray. Whisk flour, salt and baking soda together in large sized bowl and set it aside.

2. In separate large-sized bowl, mix butter, egg + extra yolk, vanilla and sour cream together. Add bananas. Stir till combined well.

3. Add dry ingredients to bowl of wet ingredients gradually, till barely combined. Fold in 1/2 cup of Nutella and stir minimally, swirling it into the bowl.

4. Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan. Drizzle top with remainder of Nutella. Swirl it around. Bake till toothpick inserted in center comes back clean, an hour or so. Allow to cool in pan for 10-12 minutes. Turn out loaf onto cooling rack. Allow to fully cool and serve.

2 Nutella Orange Cookie Cups

These cookie cups make an impressive platter for your next dinner. You can top them with any fresh fruits youre fond of, like strawberries, bananas, or mandarin oranges, which bring out Nutellas hazelnut flavor.

Makes 48 Servings

Cooking + Prep Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 x 16 1/2-oz. tube of sugar cookie dough, refrigerated
  • 1/2 cup of flour, all-purpose
  • 1 cup of Nutella
  • 1 tbsp. of orange zest, grated
  • 2 cups of raspberries, fresh

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

2. Mix cookie dough, zest and flour in small sized bowl. Shape into balls of one inch each. Evenly press into bottoms and up the sides of mini-muffin tin. Bake for 10-12 minutes, till golden brown in color.

3. Cool cookie cups in their pans for five minutes. Run knife around the sides. Allow to finish cooling. Place 1 tsp. of Nutella in middle of cookies and top them with raspberries. Serve.

Cooking + Prep Time: 1 1/2 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup of Nutella spread
  • 2 sticks of softened butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup of brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup of sugar, granulated
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 2 tbsp. of milk, whole
  • 2 tsp. of vanilla extract, pure
  • 2 cups of flour, all-purpose
  • 1 cup of cocoa powder, dark, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp. of salt, kosher
  • 1 tsp. of baking soda
  • Sea salt, flaky

Instructions:

1. Line cookie sheet with baking paper. Scoop Nutella balls 1 tbsp. each on the cookie sheets. You should have 24 balls or so. Place in freezer to chill.

2. In large sized bowl with hand mixer, beat the butter and sugars till fluffy and light. Add the milk, vanilla and eggs. Beat till combined well. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking soda. Refrigerate the dough as Nutella balls are freezing.
