If you want to make a long-term commitment, go through a gradual change to help your body and mind adjust to the changes in your diet. Veganism might have been considered a huge sacrifice a few years ago, but the food industry has evolved with time and the wide availability of vegan replacement food makes it easy for you to jump in on the vegan bandwagon!
