Introduction
I love to teach my kids new things, and I believe cooking is an essential skill that every child should learn. Whos going to be cooking your meals when Im away? Laughs. These recipes, while being my favorites, are a combination of what has worked for my children. In summary, they are foods that the entire family will enjoy. Also, they sit in healthy ingredients, readily available, and not a fuss to use. With thirty whopping recipes to bring some cheer to your busy life, I cant wait to see what exciting stuff you make.

Blueberry Muffin Mug
An excellent way to start the day - blueberries are a joy to enjoy in the morning with such tang and color to lighten up your morning. Serving Size: Prep Time: 1 minute Cooking Time: 1 minute 30 seconds Ingredients:
- cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- cup fresh or frozen blueberries
For topping:
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions: 1. In a large mug, mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar. Stir in the milk and butter. 2. 2.
In a small bowl, combine butter, coconut flour, and sugar. Pour the mixture on the blueberries and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. 3. Remove the mug, allow slight cooling, and serve warm. French Toast in a Mug
I like that I dont have to work through dipping bread slices in egg and having to fry them in a pan for an early breakfast. Combining all the ingredients in a mug and setting them to the bake makes things seamless.
Serving Size: Prep Time: 2 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 2 bread slices, cubed
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp whole milk
- A pinch cinnamon
- 1 drop vanilla
Instructions: 1. Coat a large mug with the butter and add the bread. 2. In a separate cup, beat the egg with milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. 3. 4. 4.

Mug Chocolate Chip Cookie
My best friend loves chocolate chip cookies. When I made this the first time, I knew she would love it because it turns out exactly like traditional chocolate chip cookies baked in an oven. I am visiting her soon and will be giving her this treat. Im eager to see the joy on her face. Serving Size: Prep Time: 2 minutes Cooking Time: 50 seconds Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions: 1.
In a large mug, add and melt the butter in the microwave. Mix in the vanilla, salt, and sugars. 2. Beat in the egg yolk and mix in the flour until well-combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and bake in the microwave for 40 to 50 seconds. 3.

- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup Nutella spread
Instructions: 1. In a large mug, mix all the ingredients and bake in the microwave for 1 minute or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. 2. Remove; allow resting for 2 minutes and serve.
