  • 1 large red or white onion, diced thinly
  • 1 large carrot, diced thinly
  • tablespoon chili powder
  • 6 green chilies, chopped finely
  • 1 pack of green bean s - chopped finely
  • 1 small cabbag e - chopped thinly
  • 5 potatoe s - thinly chopped
  • tablespoon salt
  • packet pastry sheets
  • 2 eggs and flour

Method

. Lit the fire and heat the oi l . Add onio n . Cook until the onion is sof t . Keep stirring so as not to stick on the pa n .

. Add diced carrots and cook for three minute s .

. Introduce chili powder and green chil i . Mix thoroughl y .

. Add green beans, cabbage, potatoes and sal t . Stir well adding water to prevent them from burnin g .

. Cover using a li d . Keep stirring to avoid sticking and burnin g .

. Cool down the mixtur e .

. Separate pastry sheets and cut them into pieces of your desired siz e .

. Put flour and eggs in a bow l . Add water and stir to make paste

. Place a small amount of the cooled mixture on the cut pastry sheets and fold them well in your desired shape, preferably triangula r .

. Use the eg g- flour paste to seal the edges after folding the pastry sheet s .

. Place the folded pastry sheets in a slightly oiled baking pa n .

. Remove them and coat them with eg g- flour past e .

. Deep fry them for about 1 0- 15 minute s .

. Remove them when they are nicely browne d .

. Serve with a drink or a salad of your choice

  • 2 crushed gloves garlic
  • teacup of water
  • tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 freshly chopped coriander
  • 1 packet pastry sheets
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups Wheat flou r .

Method

. Heat the pan, add oil to i t . Add onions and ground cumi n . Stir until they brown lightly

. Add the minced meat, chili, garlic, coriander and stir to mix thoroughl y . Add salt to the mixtur e . Keep stirring and adding water to avoid sticking on the pa n .

. Cook for 5 to ten minutes

. Cool down the mixture

. Spread the pastry sheet and cut then into four equal part s .

. Put the cooled down mixture on the cut pastry sheets and fold in a triangular shap e .

. Mix the eggs, flour and water in a bow l .

. Seal the edges of the folded pastry sheets using the eg g- flour past e .

. Deep fry it for 10 to 15 minutes until they brown lightl y .

. Serve when ready

Rub the cumin seeds with your hand to produce its sweet aroma

  • 2 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 cups green grams, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 red or white onions
  • 4 Coriander leaves
  • 40 Pastry sheets
  • 2 Eggs and flour paste
  • Oil

Method

. Heat oil in the pan, add onions and cumin seed s . Heat while stirring until they are lightly brown

. Add ginger, garlic and chil i .

. Stir until they produce a sweet fragrance

. To the mixture, add curry powder and turmeric powder, sti r .

. Add the cooked green grams and sal t . Allow it to cook for 3- 5 minute s .
