About the Author
Jennifer Fulton, Senior Partner of Ingenus, LLC and iVillages former Computer Coach, is an experienced technical writer with more than 20 years in the business. Jennifer has written and edited hundreds of online course materials for both college and middle school audiences, and authored more the 150 best-selling computer books for beginner, intermediate, and advanced users.
