Spaghetti Carbonara

Serves:4-5
Things you need:
1 Packet Spaghetti
Instructions: 1. Boil Spaghetti according to instructions on the 1 Cup Grated parmesan cheese
packet. (Add salt to the water) Set aside.
2. Fry bacon bits with olive oil till crispy.
3. Add the spaghetti in the pan and mix well. 1/2 Cup
Cream 4. In a bowl mix cup of parmesan cheese,2 egg yolks, and the cream together. Pour the pasta Egg yolks
into it and mix well.
5. Season with black pepper.
6. When serving sprinkle some grated parmesan
cheese on top.
2 TBSP Extra virgin olive oil 1/2 Cup Bacon, chopped 1 Pinch Black Pepper
Note: I always put plenty of salt in the water before it starts boiling to give the pasta flavor. I also pourin a couple of table spoons of oil , so the spaghettiwont stick together.
Lecso-Hungarian Tomato-Pepper Stew

Instructions:
Serves:4-6
Things you need:
Medium tomatoesGreen or yellow bell peppersOnion 1 Pinch Salt and black pepper 3 TBSP Regular oilHot dogs (beef or pork) 2 TBSP Sweet red paprika powder 2 Cups White rice 1 Handful Fresh Parsley 1/2 TSP Chili Flakes or 1/4 tsp chili powder 4-6 Cups Water (enough to cover all veggies)
1. Chop onions.
2. In a large pot add the oil.
3. Chop up the tomatoes, hot dogs and the bellpeppers.
4. Cook the onions on low heat, until they are almost done.
5. Add the tomatoes and bell peppers and cook for about 2 minutes.
6. Add the black pepper, salt ,sweet red paprikapowder, and dried thyme (optional).
7. Add the rice and immediately pour in the cupsof water. If needed add more water to make sure everything is covered.
8. Allow to simmer for about 15-20 minutes or untilthe vegetables and the rice is cooked.
9. Add the hot dogs and cook for another 2 minutes.
10.Before taking it off the heat, add the parsley.
Note: I peel the tomatoes before chopping them up, because I dont like to eat the peels in the stew.
You can also add 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme toadd more flavor. Serve with crusty bread.
Asian Chicken in Hoisin Sauce

1/2 Cup Water

Things you need:
Boneless chicken breasts, cubedPurple onion 2 TBSP Vegetable oil 1 Packet Frozen Asian vegetables, thawed 1/2 Juice of a lemon 1 Sprinkle Salt and black pepper to taste 1 TBSP Yellow mustard seeds 2 Cups White sticky rice (Optional) 4-6 TBSP Hoisin sauce ( According to your taste)
Instructions:1. In a frying pan add the oil, and cook the onionsuntil glassy. Then add the chicken cubes andcook until almost done, for about 5-7minutes.Squeeze the lemon juice over it.
2. Add the Asian vegetables, and cook for another 5minutes.
3. Add the hoisin sauce and the water.
4. Simmer for 5-7 until the sauce reduces a little.
5. Serve with a bowl of sticky rice. (Optional)
6. Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.
