Introduction

Were all familiar with anger. Its present inside us, and it almost seems to be part of our blood. But have you ever wondered why anger exists?

Anger is an entirely natural emotion. Often, when were irate, the response from people around us lets us know its not okay to be that angry. However, it becomes frustrating being told that anger isnt good, and only in finding the root cause can things get better. Unfortunately, theres no one cause for anger. Anger can be triggered inside us for various reasons.

It might arise when we feel rejected, unhappy, unloved, or generally irritated. Sometimes anger comes to the fore within us because things didnt go as wed planned. Life is unpredictable, and it can give us many challenges.

Whatever happens in life or whatever challenges we face arent always under our control because many of these are external factors.

There are two types of influences in our lifeexternal and internal factors. External factors include things you see every day in your mirroryour facial features and your body. Internal factors are responsible for how your body works as a whole. This includes your organs and your internal systems. Without these, you wouldnt be able to move a single limb.

The most important organ in your body is your brain. Theres a close relationship between your body and your mind. This is known as the mind-body connection. These two aspects function together so you can work as a whole being. When theres a positive influence internally, this impacts you externally. The opposite is also true because of the mind-body connection.

There are more internal than external factors that influence us, and these consist of your sensations, emotions, and soul. Internal factors include how you react to, deal with, and face things. Your emotions arise from your mind, and your mind is responsible for almost everything you do. When you reach for a glass of water, it might seem like this is a function of your body, but the movement is initiated in your mind. When you feel happy, sad, anxious, or scared, its because your mind is signaling you to feel that way.
