Ive been a relationship expert for a couple of decades now and mainly deal with women. As a counselor they trust me with their hearts and souls. Over the years I've gathered a lot of information from these ladies and discovered why its so hard for guys to attract them, please them, and keep them. In this book Ill share everything they revealed to me about seducing a woman, how to be an incredible kisser, being great in bed, and more.

Not only am I a relationship expert, but I was also the resident blogger for a popular mens sexual health website for over a year, sometimes blogging twice a day. Thats a lot of information to share!

In that time, I found out many things about men and what they truly want from a relationshipwhether long-term or short. One of the things that surprised me most is how insecure and uncertain a lot of men are. Youre taught to appear tough, calm, even cocky at times, but when it comes down to it many guys are unsure, clueless, or simply give up trying to find Ms. Right or even Ms. Right-now.

The fairer sex really isnt as difficult to understand as you might think, but one thing is for certain: youve probably been going about it all wrong. Youve read blogs, absorbed articles, and have gotten advice from your friends, but nothing seems to work. A S I MENTIONED IN THE introduction, Ive worked with women on relationship issues for the past two decades, so I have a pretty good grasp on what they find sexy in a man. Do you think its a nice butt, smile, money, or a big package under his zipper? Actually, thats not the case.

What women have said again and again is that they find confidence the sexiest thing about a man. This is different than a big ego and arrogance, which happen to be total turnoffs. Or, you could have looks, money, and a fabulous car, but if you have the self-confidence of a high-school nerd you probably wont see much action.

Maybe youre a nice guy but your confidence level isnt all that great. You want more dates with attractive women, or to even find your elusive Ms. Right, but how do you get sex appeal and keep it?

Follow A High Protein Diet

Eat foods that are high in protein such as lean red meats, chicken, fish, beans, low-fat dairy, and nuts. They can boost testosterone levels, increase energy, and help you maintain a healthy body weight.

Its nice to know that you dont have to gag down tofu and brown rice just to stay healthy since studies have shown that a proper high protein diet is one of the healthiest around. And, a healthy body is very sexy!

Regularly Lift Weights

Lifting weights just three times a week helps to increase muscle mass and will have your libido and confidence levels skyrocketing. Start out slow and with less weight then build up over time. Firm arms and a toned body will add greatly to your sex appeal.

Alternate a day of weightlifting with a day of aerobic exercises such as spending time on the treadmill, elliptical, or jogging around the neighborhood. By giving your muscles a day off to repair themselves theyll get bigger than if you work them out every day.
