Cooking Time: 4-6 hours Yield: 4 servings Ingredients 1-bag dried cranberries 1 medium pear, diced 1 fresh squeezed orange juice and zest 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger -cup honey -cup coconut sap crystals Directions Rinse all cranberries. In a Crockpot, combine cranberries, pear, orange juice and zest, and ginger. Stir for a minute, and then add the honey and coconut crystals.
Cabbage Soup

Cooking Time: 3 hours Yield: 2-4 servings Ingredients 1 pound chicken breast, cubed 1 large mango, not ripe 1 can coconut milk 1 tablespoon dried chipotle Directions In a Crockpot, stir together the chicken, coconut milk, mango, and chipotle. Cook for 3 hours on high.
Shrimp Curry
Cooking Time: 3 hours Yield: 4 servings Ingredients 14 ounce can crushed tomatoes 14 ounce can coconut milk 2 cups carrots, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 1 cup green onions, chopped 1 small yellow onion, chopped 1 large yellow pepper, chopped cauliflower head, chopped 3 tablespoons red curry paste 1-pound shrimp Directions In a Crockpot, stir together all ingredients except the shrimp. Cook for 3 hours on high.
After 3 hours, add the shrimp and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve.
Beef and Bacon Meatloaf
Cooking Time: 2-3 hours Yield: 4 servings Ingredients 4 slices bacon 2 pounds lean ground beef 2 beaten eggs 4 green onions, chopped 2 stocks of celery, thinly sliced white onion, diced 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons dried oregano 2 teaspoons smoked paprika 1-teaspoon of thyme 1-teaspoon black pepper 1 can tomato sauce Directions In a saucepan, cook the bacon until crispy. Dice it into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the bacon, meat, eggs, celery, onions, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, thyme, and black pepper together. Transfer the meat loaf into a Crockpot.
Flatten the loaf so its even while not allowing it to touch the sides of the pot. Pour the tomato sauce over the loaf. Cook for 2-3 hours on high.

Pineapple Pork Cooking Time: 3 hours Yield: 2-4 servings Ingredients 1-tablespoon paprika 2 tablespoons mustard 1-tablespoon honey 1 medium yellow onion, chopped 2 pounds pork ribs, sliced 1 pineapple, peeled and diced Directions In a small bowl, combine the paprika, mustard, honey, and onions. Set the pork into a slow cooker. Smother the pork with the seasoning and pineapple cubes.
Cook for 3 hours on high.
Brussels Sprouts
Prep time: 4-5 hours Yield: 2 servings Ingredients 6 strips bacon 1-pound bag Brussels sprouts2 tablespoon olive oil 1-tablespoon mustardSalt and pepper to taste Directions In a skillet, cook the bacon on high until crispy. Chop the bacon into small pieces. Mix all ingredients into a Crockpot and cook for 4-5 hours on low.
