P rep time: 20 mins Cook time: 6 hours Servings: 6 Ingredients 20 unpeeled garlic cloves 1 chopped carrot 1 chopped celery stalk 1 cup of onion, chopped 2-1/2 lbs of bone-in turkey breast half 1/4 tsp of fresh ground black pepper 1 tsp of paprika 1 tsp of garlic powder 1 tsp of onion powder 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of dried thyme or 1 tbsp of fresh 1 tsp of dried rosemary or 1 tbsp of fresh Preparations 1.
Place the celery, carrot and onion in the base of a 5- to 6-Quart slow cooker. 2. Mix together the seasonings in a bowl and season the turkey breast with the seasoning by rubbing it on either the top or under the skin of the meat. 3. P rep time: 5 mins Cook time: 1 hour 30 mins Servings: 2 Ingredients 4 tbsp of salsa verde 3 tbsp of apricot fruit spread 8 oz of frozen wild salmon (do NOT thaw) Preparations 1. Spray a non-stick cooking spray on the interior of a 4 Quart slow cooker. 2. Place the frozen salmon with the skin side down into the base of the crock pot. 3.
Mix the salsa and fruit spread together and spread on the salmon. 3. Cook with the lid on for 1 to 1-1/2 hours on LOW, or until the salmon flakes with a fork.
