Slow cooker is perfect and highly recommend as your number one cook partner to help you with a stress less cooking experience.

I have combine in this book a variety of healthy, delicious and easy to prepare dishes to make any time of the day or week, just fix it and leave to cook by itself. Your day has just been made better with the slow cooker. This book is loaded with Crockpot recipes, perfect for no stress meals. Hopefully these slow cooker recipes can give you a kick start and also help you maintain a healthy lifestyle! . Get familiar with your slow cooker There are different sizes of slow cookers, ranging from 1-7. Bigger cooker (5-7) are best for large cut of meat and soup or cooking for more than five people or want to have leftovers.

Smaller cookers are best for sauces and dips. A medium cooker is best if you are cooking for not more than four people. Slow cooker tips: 1. Crock pot Turkey Breast with Garlic

P rep time: 20 mins Cook time: 6 hours Servings: 6 Ingredients 20 unpeeled garlic cloves 1 chopped carrot 1 chopped celery stalk 1 cup of onion, chopped 2-1/2 lbs of bone-in turkey breast half 1/4 tsp of fresh ground black pepper 1 tsp of paprika 1 tsp of garlic powder 1 tsp of onion powder 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of dried thyme or 1 tbsp of fresh 1 tsp of dried rosemary or 1 tbsp of fresh Preparations 1.

Place the celery, carrot and onion in the base of a 5- to 6-Quart slow cooker. 2. Mix together the seasonings in a bowl and season the turkey breast with the seasoning by rubbing it on either the top or under the skin of the meat. 3. Arrange the meat over the vegetables and place the garlic cloves at the side of the turkey breast. 4.

Cook with the lid on from 3 to 4 hours on LOW or until the garlic is very soft and the turkey is fork-tender or when an instant read thermometer inserted registers 165 degrees. Take the garlic away and set aside. 5. Place the turkey into a serving plate and remove the skin. 6. 7. 7.

Serve turkey breast with garlic and broth.

P rep time: 5 mins Cook time: 1 hour 30 mins Servings: 2 Ingredients 4 tbsp of salsa verde 3 tbsp of apricot fruit spread 8 oz of frozen wild salmon (do NOT thaw) Preparations 1. Spray a non-stick cooking spray on the interior of a 4 Quart slow cooker. 2. Place the frozen salmon with the skin side down into the base of the crock pot. 3.

Mix the salsa and fruit spread together and spread on the salmon. 3. Cook with the lid on for 1 to 1-1/2 hours on LOW, or until the salmon flakes with a fork.
