  • cup breadcrumbs
  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • parmesan (grated)
  • tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon oregano
  • cup Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 2 tablespoon rock salt
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 (28-oz) cans crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • ounces spaghetti parmesan (grated)

Serving Size:

Preparation Time: 3 hours and 5 mins

Instructions:

1. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, beef, red pepper flakes, egg, and rock salt in a bowl and prepare a paste.

2. Then make 16 balls and place at the bottom of a Crock-Pot.

3. Take a different bowl and mix-chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, garlic, and onion.

4. Add some salt, pepper and a pinch of red pepper flakes and stir it gently to combine.

5. Pour the sauce over meatballs.

6. Let it cook high mode for 3 hours in the crockpot.

7. Add spaghetti, noodles and chicken broth, after 2 hours.

8. And let it cook for the remaining 1 hour.

9. And now serve it hot.

4. And toss so that all the ingredients combine properly.

5. Now let it cook for 6 hours on low mode.

6. In the meantime, in a large bowl take all-purpose flour and add water and knead it to prepare a dough.

7. Make 6-8 balls.

8. And now roll each ball.

9. Heat the pan at medium flame and bake them one by one.

10. After 6 hours, take out chicken from a crockpot and transfer it on a chopping board and slice it into strips.

11. After this step put it back in the crockpot and mix it well.

12. Serve the classic fajitas in tortillas.
