Method Simmer apples in cider vinegar in the cooker for 5 to 6 hours on high Add the sugar and spices on low setting Stir to mix and allow it to cook for 4 hours Store in jars

- 200 grams carrot, leeks, celery,
- 400 grams of potatoes
- 1kg of beef chunks
- 1-liter beef stock
- 1 cup onions
- 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
- 1 tsp oregano, thyme, and garam masala each
- cup olive oil
- 1 bay leaf

- 1 cup light sour cream
- cup butter
- 1 can creamy soup of choice
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 750 kilograms sliced potatoes
- Black pepper and salt
Method Butter the slow cooker Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl except a little cheddar for the topping Pour into the pot, add the soup and allow it to cook for 4 hours Open the lid, add the leftover cheddar cheeses and replace the lid for 70 to 90 minutes Serve when the cheese is completely melted

Who would have thought of a fish in a crockpot? Serves Cook time 30 minutes Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets with skin on
- 1 stick of celery
- 1 stick of leek
- 1-inch ginger
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
