Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a hot saucepan.
2. Add milk to the same saucepan and keep it for 10 min till the butter melts properly.
3. While the milk and butter are boiling, whisk the eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin together.
4. Pour the milk in the pumpkin mix slowly and stir.
5. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in a separate bowl.
6. Pour this dry material into wet material.
7. Whisk it till the mixture becomes smooth.
8. Pour 1/3 of this batter at a time on a crepe maker or stove to prepare the crepe.
9. After the preparation of crepes, prepare the fillings.
10. In a saucepan, saut the butter, apple, brown sugar, pumpkin ale, cinnamon.
