Sue Bowden is a Reader in Economics at Sheffield University. She has published widely in the field of business, industrial and economic history, contributing original work on the automobile and electrical industry, as well as in the fields of corporate governance and finance.
Francesca Carnevali is a Lecturer in Economic History at the University of Birmingham. The focus of her research is on regional economies in Europe in the 20th century. Her publications include articles in Business History, Financial History Review, Enterprise and Society, and the Journal of Industrial History.
M.C. Casson is Professor of Economics at the University of Reading. He has published widely in economics and business history. His most recent books include Entrepreneurship and Leadership (2000) and Economics of International Business (2000). He is currently researching the economic history of the British railway network prior to 1914.
Steven Caunce is a Senior Lecturer in Economic History at the University of Central Lancashire. His main research interests are industrial districts, especially West Yorkshire. He is currently working on a project looking at the links between Yorkshire and Lancashire.
Gillian Cookson is County Editor, Victoria County History of Durham, based in the History Department of the University of Durham. Her main research interests include industrial history, especially mechanical and electrical engineering in the nineteenth century, as well as local and regional history. Apart from articles in Business History, she has also published studies of Fleming Jenkin and Henry Maudsley.
Richard Coopey is a Lecturer in History at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. He has written on the history of venture capital, civil-military technology history and the history of retailing in Britain. His current research interests include post-war technology policy, the history of water resources, and industrialisation and the landscape in eighteenth-century Britain.
Igor Filatotchev is Professor of Strategic Management at Bradford University School of Management. His research interests include comparative corporate governance, strategic restructuring and business history. He has published extensively on the subjects of empirical corporate governance and business strategy areas in many of the leading management journals, including the Academy of Management Journal and the Journal of International Business Studies.
Till Geiger is an Honorary Research Fellow in the Department of History at the University of Manchester. His main research interests are British, Irish and western European international and economic history since 1945. He is about to publish two books (with Ashgate and with the Presses de lUniversit de Paris-Sarbonne) on these subjects.
