1. Bhutan Ema Datshi
To get us and our palette started, this Bhutanese dish will get you salivating and sweating too.
Serves 4
Cook time 30 minutes
Ingredients
3 tsp powder milk
2 large sticks cheese
1 large tomato
2 large onions
5 green chilies
Salt to taste
2 cups water
Method
Chop all vegetables lengthwise
Add the tomatoes, chili, and onion into a pot of water and bring to a boil
Add the cheese and milk. Then, stir until cheese is melted
Season to taste and serve
2. Global Southern Fried Lobster
Just like fried chicken, the spices on this chicken are one level higher.
Serves 4
Cook time 45 minutes
Ingredients
500g lobster meat tail
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup flour
1 egg beaten
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
Method
Season the lobster with the pepper, onion, and salt
Add the black pepper to the flour and set aside
Heat up the oil
Dip the pieces in buttermilk, flour, eggs, and flour
Set it into the frying oil until brown and crisp
Serve with a mayo/mustard dipping sauce
3. Akki Roti All the Way India
Indians love flat food that can be eaten with their hands, and this Roti is yummy

Cook time 60 minutes

Method
Bring the rice flour over low heat and stir until the dough is cooked
Take it off the fire and set aside to cool down
Add the chopped veggies and herbs and knead into a pliable dough
Divide into a ball, roll out and cook in a pan drizzled with oil
Cook until brown on both sides
Serve with yogurt and sauces
4. Afghani Bolani
Afghanistan is known for so many things, but they have good food healthy, delicious, and easy to make food.
Serves 8
Cook time 60 minutes
Ingredients
500g already made bread dough
750g cooked chopped potatoes
300g spinach leaves
250g chopped cilantro and scallions
100g red and green bell peppers chopped
1 tsp black pepper and cumin
Salt
Oil for frying
Method
Make the filling
To a little oil in a pan, fry the scallions, potatoes, and spinach for a while
Add the cilantro and seasoning and fry well.
Set aside while you work on the dough
Divide the dough into 8 -10 parts
Roll each one flat and fill one half with the filling
Cover with the other half and fry until brown
5. Khachapuri (Cheese Bread)

Let the dough thaw
Mix the cheese with the eggs for the stuffing
Divide the dough into three, roll it out and fill them with the stuffing
Press the stuffing flat into the dough
Mix the yolks and milk and brush the dough with it
Bake until brown
Brush the bread with melted butter before service
