Air-Fryer Breakfast Recipes
Breakfast Burrito
Preparation time: 6 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 turkey breasts, cooked and shredded
- red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 corn tortillas
Directions:
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with some salt and pepper, pour in a pan that fits your air fryer, introduce in the preheated fryer, cook at 400F for 5 minutes and transfer to a plate.
- Place the tortillas on a cutting board, divide the eggs, turkey, bell pepper, cheese, salsa, and avocado among the tortillas and roll your burritos.
- Line the air fryers basket with tin foil, add the burritos and cook at 300F for 3 minutes.
- Divide between the plates and serve for breakfast.

Ingredients:
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 carrot, chopped
- cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- cup shiitake mushrooms, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- 7 ounces firm tofu, cubed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- cup quinoa, cooked
- 2 tablespoons mozzarella, shredded
Directions:
- Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add garlic and onion and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add bell pepper, salt, pepper, mushrooms, oregano, dill, pepper flakes, celery, and carrot and cook for 5 minutes.
- In your food processor, mix the tofu with the cheese, yogurt, water, quinoa, and lemon juice, pulse well and transfer to a baking dish that fits your air fryer.
- Add sauted veggies, toss, introduce the dish in your air fryer and cook at 350F for 15 minutes.
- Slice, divide between the plates and serve for breakfast.

- 8 mushrooms, roughly chopped

- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- A drizzle of olive oil
- 7 ounces spinach, chopped
- 4 chipolatas
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
Directions:
- Heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add the tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms, salt and pepper, stir and saut for 3 minutes.
- Add chipolatas and bacon; toss, cook for 2 minutes more, transfer to a baking dish that fits your air fryer and cook at 390F for 20 minutes.
- Add the spinach, also crack the eggs on top and cook for 6 minutes at 370F.
- Serve for breakfast.

- cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons parmesan, grated
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
Directions:
- Season the eggplant slices with salt and pepper and brush them with mayo mixed with milk.
- In a bowl, combine the parsley with breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, onion, and garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
