Mix together yellow cornmeal, ap flour, white sugar, baking powder, egg, milk. Shove skewer in a turkey dog. Bring oil to gentle boil. Dip sausage into cornmeal mixture and then into hot oil.

Cook 2-4 minutes per side then drain 5-10 minutes. Serve with banana and green beans. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Strawberry Crackers and Ham Sammy

Ingredients: 5 round cheese crackers like Ritz 2 strawberry diced 2 Tbsp strawberry cream cheese Organic honey for drizzling 2 large basil leaves sliced 2 slices of white bread 2-3 slices deli ham 1 Tbsp mayonnaise, divided Directions: Preheat oven to 200 and spray tray with non-stick cooking spray. Dice Strawberries and mix with cream cheese. Top each one with a spoonful of strawberry mixture, honey, then basil.

Bake 8-10 minutes. If youre using store bought honey it is ok to skip this step. Serve with ham sandwich. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Homemade Granola and Baked Fish Sticks
The whole family will love this healthy snack Makes 1 serving - photo 10 The whole family will love this healthy snack! Makes: 1 serving. Ingredients: cup pure maple syrup 3 tablespoons coconut oil 1 teaspoon cinnamon tsp nutmeg 4-6 cups old fashion oats 5 2x4x -inch strips of cod 2 eggs, beaten cup unseasoned breadcrumbs Olive oil spray Directions: Preheat oven to 350 and spray tray/dish with non-stick cooking spray. Cut fish to size.

Dredge through beaten eggs then coat in breadcrumbs. Place 1-inch apart, spray with olive oil, and bake 15 minutes. Flip, spray with olive oil, bake for 15 minutes. In a microwavable bowl melt coconut oil and maple syrup together. Initially, setting for 30 seconds then 10 seconds thereafter. Mix together oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Pour maple syrup/coconut oil mixture over oats and stir well. Turn oven temp down to 275 and line tray with parchment paper. Spread evenly on tray. Bake 20 minutes, flip and continue baking for 15 minutes. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Broccoli Slaw and Baked Chicken Nuggets
Try various spiral salads such-as zucchini carrot or sweet potato Makes - photo 11 Try various spiral salads, such-as, zucchini, carrot, or sweet potato. Makes: 1 serving.

Ingredients: 1 cup broccoli slaw mix (available in your grocerys vegetable section) 1/3 teaspoon lemon peel 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 2/3 Tbsp brown sugar teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional) 5-8 cherry tomatoes 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs Directions: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 400, due to discrepancies in ovens some may cook hotter requiring a lower temperature. Toss together broccoli slaw mix, lemon peel, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, chia seeds, cherry tomatoes. Stir well, cover with plastic wrap, chill. Cut chicken into 2/3x1-inch size pieces. Dip in beaten egg then coat with breadcrumbs.
