Slow Cooker Tips

If you don't like pressure cookers, or you are not satisfied with quality of meals it makes, the slow cooker is the best alternative, and you can never go wrong with it. Here you will find some helpful tips that will make your meals much better than ever.

Don't put in too much liquid:

Cooking with a slow cooker requires it to be often if not all the time sealed which prevent it from reducing the liquid in your meal. If you want a nice meal that is not too dry or filled with so much water, make sure to stick to the recipe that you are working with and don't add any more water even if you though it is the right thing to do.

Don't put too much food in your slow cooker:

Don't even think about filling your slow cooker with food because you will end up with a mass and uncooked food. If you have too much food to cook you can simply cook in 2 sow cookers at the same time or cook your food in batches to make sure it will be cooked to perfection.

It saves your time:

A slow cooker saves your time. Some of the recipes that are indeed included in this book can be made in less than 1 hour which is simply incredible and will save you every time you are in a rush.

Don't cook with high heat from the beginning:

It is crucial building your way up with a slow cooker, starting with low heat then upgrading to medium or high heat whatever your food requires because if you used high heat from the beginning, you would end up ruining your meal and burning it from the beginning. By building up the heat gradually, you will get the best meals ever.
