Preparation Preheatoven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare your cookie sheet by lining with foil. Ina large mixing bowl, combine milk and mayo until smooth. Mix in the eggsubstitutes.

In the pie shell place the spinach first, then the cheese, andlast the onion making layers. When finished pour in the egg mixture. Put thequiche on the cookie sheet and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove thefoil and bake another 12 minutes until the top is golden brown and the fillingis hard set.
