I f you follow the Freestyle trends you already know that there has been a variety of changes taking place with the turn of 2020 including a brand-new Freestyle 2020 Program. The Freestyle team is known for reviewing member feedback and suggestions then implementing changes in their program keeping in view modern research and up-to-date scientific developments covering weight loss methodologies. There are a lot of changes to the program and this introduction will cover it all for you. The program is called Freestyle in the US and Flex in the United Kingdom.
